I was satisfied with my service. I purchased an oil change and tire rotation: it was done well and very quickly! I was quoted for quite a bit of additional work that was inflated by quite a bit compared to multiple other estimates elsewhere. It wasn't a big deal; however, I don't think I will bring my vehicle back after getting a quite like that!
They are always helpful at this location. They offer everything that is due and appropriate but don’t get upset and press you if you say no. When you pick up the car they always ask how your day was and if you have evening plans, just in general kind and caring!

Based on a family member who experienced the same vehicle issue, I can also say that the pricing was very fair for the repairs I needed.

Because when other places told me they were a week or week and a half out I had my car back the next day didn't even have an appointment they let me bring it in drop it off call me when they found out what was wrong with it fixed it didn't even have my car for over 24 hours that's why I was highly satisfied

I needed to have a headlight replaced. After looking at the receipt I realized I was charged $40 in labor for that service. If I had known it was so expensive to change a headlight I would have done it myself. Also when I pulled out I realized my tire pressure low light was on. That was not addressed so now I will need to go back to have air put in my tires.

This was my first time visiting a Midas let alone this location, but it won’t be my last. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name I dealt with but he was a taller, skinnier, short haired male. He was amazing from the time I called to schedule through the entire process of repairing my exhaust leak and installing the new muffler. Friday night waiting in line for the Iowa state fair condensation started pouring out of my hood. After trying elsewhere with no availability, I called the Ingersoll Midas and dropped my car off there 15 minutes later. They got to the bottom of the issue and gave me advice on next steps even though I live out of town. I wasn't charged a penny and got the guidance I needed.

I have been coming here for multiple years for oil changes and Josh is always efficient and pleasant. For this specific visit, I needed my check engine light assessed. He checked it immediately when I got there explained what was going on, and cleared the code. He was able to explain my issues in terms I could understand, and give me all of the scenarios that could potentially occur. I did not end up needing any work to be done on my car at that visit, however I will continue to be a customer going forward due to the attitude with which Josh presented the information and the ease of seeking service here.
