Clear and concise communication of what’s going on. Don’t try to confuse me and tell me that my tires don’t match my rims and that’s why it’s taking so long, as if it’s MY fault? I also would like to say that my car has been acting very strangely since it was serviced, although, I’m pretty sure that may be a coincidence. Associate was also EXTREMELY RUDE. He acted like he didn’t want me to be there, and was honestly really petty. I arrived at 1PM to check on my car (it was supposed to have been done at 1), and it was still on the lift, with no tires. It took them until 3:50PM to get it finished. Very unhappy.

perform the service, that is why I went to MidassMidasrvice, that is why I went to Midascuate, d assumingly via suction. The bleeder valves were untoched (still dirty) and reservoir was refilled. The brakes lines were not flushed. I was charged $100. for a $8 fluid replacement. Verified by my mechanic for 11 years. P.s. he does not perform the service, that is why I went to Midas
