Nathan assisted me with an issue regarding a muffler replacement, as a prior shop completed the work and a banging noise ensued. He was able to fit me in and fix the issue, which did take time as several issues arose.

It was easy to get an app't quickly. Oil change was completed in a reasonable amount of time, the waiting area was very comfortable, technicians were friendly, they checked my tires as requested and didn't charge for it, and checkout was simple and quick.
I came in with a slow leak around 7 am. They were able to work me in and get a new tire put on by 9 am. Really appreciated it

I dropped my car off in the morning, was asked if I needed a ride to work and the got me in and out in a short timeframe so I could make it to work on time. They called me a couple of time with what my car issues were and told me the price for each item and then called back when they found another issue with an updated cost. I am very very please and will go back for any car need that I have. Oh and I liked that they called me by my name and I was not just another number to the! It takes a lot for me participate in surveys, but felt like I wanted to let them know how please I was with their service!

I had taken my vehicle to the Dealer for service on a different issue and during their inspection they stated that the rear brakes needed immediate attention and it would cost $430.00 to repair them. I was somewhat skeptical of the cost and took the car to MIDAS where they did a complete inspection and said that my brakes still had about 40% life. They did not recommend any services and said the vehicle was in good shape. The had every opportunity to say that something needed to be done but they did not. On top of everything else, there was no charge for the inspection and the report they generated.
