This is my 3rd time visiting this facility and I couldn’t be happier…. The fellows there are very low key and there’s never been a hard sell I called and set up the appointment on Monday and requested the same tires I needed 3 this time and they were available to be installed on Friday when I arrived

Friendly staff and clean shop
I was ripped off and pressured to sign for the bill of service before they did any work to my car. I was also dissatisfied and not appreciated of the store manager throwing me on the street without my car or anywhere to go. Also I was scammed for my social security as he wanted to scam and sell me more services. I have a report filled and will be contacting a lawyer and police !!!!

The reader of this must understand the following:Oil change was performed in September in a car that receives approximately 300 miles per week of usage.Upon inspecting the oil at 1500 miles, I determined there was discoloration consistent with burning.The previous oil change had been performed at 8000 miles using synthetic oil from the dealership.The current service was performed at 1700 miles using synthetic oil purchased outside of midas.The manager at my location quoted a fair price for the labor with the purchaser supplying parts and materials. The vehicle had the standard expection done during the old change process.My disappointment is with the synthetic oil being supplied by the franchise purchasing agents.I would recommend bringing your own parts if other components are treated with the same discretion.Synthetic oil exists to allow modern performing engines to go 10,000 miles plus between well changes.The oil I was given behaved in the fashion of conventional product which has not been used in over a decade.

There was additional work proposed by the technician - I wanted to get the proposal in writing so I could digest the parts and labor costs.

Stopped and without an appointment.Told by shop manager he would be able to take the car and approximately 45 minutes to an hour.Returned 1 hour later. Car was taken promptly.Well change and full inspection performed. All fluids are topped off.Service technician evaluated the car.30 minutes later back on the road feeling the car is now reliable for the next 10,000 months
I use this shop for most of my car needs. They are very good and I have never had any problems. In this case, they gone me in within a 1/2 hour of my call, took me right away, and completed within time & cost stated.

The service was very good. After the tires were installed I had to go and buy a replacement lug nut. I brought the lug nut back and it was installed quickly. Well done.

Higher transparency on what work will be done and what amount will be billed at the beginning of the process. I was charged for additional services that i did not ask for when i brought my vehicle in.

Fill oil above the “add” line on the dipstick, and check the level before declaring the job is complete. Then, if you under fill the oil, don’t blame the customer or come up with ridiculous explanations like more than a quart of oil must have leaked out. And don’t argue aggressively or curse at customers. That experience was a total disgrace.
Nate was very friendly and got me out quickly as I had to make a 4:00 meeting in a nearby town. He got the job done! Nice man too!
Nemo was kind and responsive. At first, Midas did not have the filter I needed but he ordered it for me, followed up with a call and I was able to finish my oil change that week.

It was very easy. I was happy that sales person was able to bring the price of the oil change down for me to come closer to a competitors price. Your initial pricing was around $40 higher. But we were able to get within $10 and I was happy to pay $10 more.
The manager offered to drop me off at my home while the car was serviced and he picked me up when it was done

I was in immediate need of a new battery and they had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. My dealership couldn't look at the car for over a week. Imagine telling a customer to live with a dead battery for a week!

I've been taking my car to Midas for many years and found their service and prices to be good. Use a coupon! However, I just noticed that I had my rotars replaced in December, 2017. At my 4/28 appointment, I was told the rotars were bad and needed to be replaced. I have located the paperwork, and knowing Midas, and their lifetime brake guarantee, I know they will make sure I get a refund for the recent brake work. Moral of the story.....KEEP your service records! (I'm glad I did!)

This place is the worst. They broke my tire sensor and put a new one on and couldnt even calibrate it. They wasted about 3 hours of my time. The manager Ray is the rudest. I will never use this shop again.
