They kept me informed the entire time. They were honest about the fact that I did not need brakes yet.
The two men working were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially the man at the front desk. He walked me through exactly what they were doing, and kept me updated on how my car was doing overall. Needed a new air filter, but he couldn’t find a cheap option anywhere close so instead of up charging me for that one, he gave suggestions on where to get a cheaper one. Awesome experience because of him!
Mike was extremely friendly and made me feel cared for and important. Also he complimented the young technician (19 years old) who was new there for his great work in front of a room full of customers. You don’t often see that.

They did not.A day later I got a call saying they didn’t have a technician to do the job, but that I could make a new appointment. I made an appointment for an alignment which was recommended to me after I hit a curb and had to get a new tire. They checked it out and said all looked good, did not need an alignment and didn't even charge me for looking at it. I really appreciated the honesty and this makes me want to come back!
There was grease on the floor mat and carpet that was difficult to get out. They should use some kind of floor covers.

Its not a huge deal, but I asked if they topped off my washer fluid bc I was out. The nice guy that checked me out assured me they did top off all fluids. On my way home I went to wash my windshield and no fluid. Makes me wonder if they topped any of them off.
I want to say first that the work is great, I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the service. The communication throughout the entire process was really, really bad though. Upon checkin, I was promised either the issue resolved or a plan to solve it with my vehicle back in driveable condition. Being that the location was closed on Sunday and the appt was Saturday, I never heard from them and had to call and leave a voicemail after hours. We're a one vehicle family and were completely without transportation the entire weekend. I had to call on Monday to get any sort of update and we ultimately didn't get our vehicle back until close to end of day. I get everyone is short staffed and uber busy, but I would take even a 'still working on it' text over the lack of communication entirely.
Not sure what has happened this place in the past has been awesome. We're now going on appt #4 where we take the cars in are told they'd be serviced then they are not and can't be fixed today. Don't schedule the appointment if you can service the car!

The problem l took the car in was not resolved because that location is not certified to do the job, but the associate recommended other locations and was helpful to give me the phone number to call them to schedule the service.
Louis explained everything thoroughly and he and his team did a great job with my oil change. He told me that they checked all the tires and that the tires didn't need to be rotated, so I knew that he was the expert and accepted his word! Thank you.

He happened to be filling in for Louis when I called (for the fifth or sixth time) trying to get an answer about Midas paying for repairs for some damage one of the mechanics at this shop did to my car. Someone there put two deep punctures in my leather seat, which was just one of the many issues I had with this location. Louis started off nice enough, but when there were issues with the work they did, all that changed. I had an appointment to get one of the issues from the original work looked at, left work early to make the appointment, and when I walked in the door, Louis told me I might as well leave because 'we don't have time for you today'. If he had called me when he first realized that, I would've been okay with that. Instead, he let me leave work early and drive the 20 miles just to tell me to go away.
