Be better at communicating accurate time allotment for certain things and when servicing the car calling the customer when it is done rather than the customer having to call themselves after waiting all day when it was only supposed to take an hour and a half. If I would not have called I would’ve never been told the car was done being serviced.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my tire looked at as it was losing air. They told me to just come on down. I gave them my paperwork that I had from purchasing tires in Florida that is affiliated with Midas. Long story short, they fixed my tire at no charge and let me know about something else that will need repaired, but I will have to take my vehicle to the dealership as the part would not be available for Midas. They were to rotate tires with my oil change. One tire was low. They did not perform service but invoice stated it was done. I was there an hour and a half. Called them and was told that they needed to check with tech. Then was told it was not done because the tires did not show wear. If one tire was low that would cause the tires to wear unevenly. I spent 1500 on tire service back in Feb or March. Will not go back or recommend. The guys are friendly however I now feel like I can not trust them. The guy did offer for me to come back and they would reset sensor. That meant putting air in tire I assume. I am sad at this performance.

I have spent over $3,000 over multiple appointments with this midas location. Better communication and understanding for employees is needed so that they may better communicate to the customers about these company policies and processes regarding the procedures and company reasons for purchasing certain brands of parts for higher prices, over equal brands for cheaper prices. Such as a $99 dollar set of brake pads other wise under $50 for name brand, high quality brake pads. I'm sure there is a reason for this. It would be good if the employees could know this reason so they could then inform the customers of this reason. Otherwise could've been a highly satisfied customer.
Tell the truth and if you say you have done diagnostics and charged me $119.00 and tell me my bill was going to be over $15,000 and my car engine and radiator were shot and would have to be replaced. I had to get another opinion and they fixed the problem in 2 hours and charged me $1200. This is not the first.time this has happened to me at this store. I fully expect my diagnostic fee to be returned and I had to rent a car for three days. When it could have been fixed in two hours. I expect the owner to call me and if not i will file a complaint with Better Bussiness Bureas and report this on Social media.

Don't price your parts and services twice what other places charge. The inspection fees were enough to make a good profit for the store without anyone even actually getting the car fixed. Also, there was a list of $3,000 more work recommended to be done on the car, besides the $1,000 of work that would fix the problem and the brakes that I brought the car in for. By the way, I took it somewhere else where it was completely fixed for $400.

I had called in on a Tuesday about setting up an appointment to get my brakes inspected. The earliest appointment was either Wednesday or Thursday morning. I mentioned that I was out of town on Wednesday and would take the Thursday time slot. Upon hearing I was going out of town, the associate was able to find me a time that same day. That was very much appreciated.

Great customer service from Tony. He went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate him. The battery in the car was installed in CA, and we lost the receipt. He called and confirmed the purchase, showing the battery under warranty. His kindness deserves recognition.
Better follow-up to warranty work. I received no help with my vehicle after getting it serviced at another location. The brakes are still having issues and are worse than before service was performed. The other Midas (Charlotte Pike in Nashville, TN) told me that the work would still be under warranty, but the Bowling Green, KY Midas told me that wasn't the case and quoted me $4,300 for the fix including repairs that were just done at the Midas on Highway 100 in Nashville, TN. This is the 3rd Midas that I have been trying to use to repair the original problem from last year.

They always get my car in quickly. They have serviced both my vehicles regularly for years. I trust them implicitly. That’s important. I don’t have time to research or question everything and I like knowing they are honest and will take care of me! If I need repairs they make them, make them right, and do it fast. Well they put some battery stuff on my battery cables to keep it from corrosion but the stripped my cables clamp but to where it will not stay on the battery now and it has caused me several issues

"Visited on account of abnormal tire wear and a strange noise. Midas tech diagnosed as bad inner tie rod which went unnoticed less than a month ago when tie rod ends were replaced. Said I needed a new steering rack too. Never emailed a repair quote as promised. Upon further investigation the inner tie rods seem within spec, but the ball joints needed replacing.
