I went there for an emergency appointment for my car, and he didn't know if he would have time to fit in everything I needed but still managed to help me anyway. I appreciated all the time and effort and he was super kind and patient with me too!

I have a fleet vehicle and very little option except to return to Midas for service. This is the second time I have arrived for a scheduled appointment (this appointment was made 2 weeks ago) where the necessary components were not available at the time of service. Previously it was an oil filter, this time it was the oil. Not only is this information not communicated directly to me, it is discussed in front of me like I am not being considered in the conversation. Although (being a fleet vehicle) I don't pay directly for service, pricing and services are never communicated. The manager continues to act unprofessionally, making condescending comments to his employees (specifically about how they are late or are handling their responsibilities) in front of customers in the waiting area. In the time I spent in the waiting area, he took a phone call that was handled unprofessionally, continuing the conversation with his employees in an unprofessional tone in an area that was within earshot of waiting customers.

On checkout, after my truck was pulled up to the door i waited approximately 20 minutes to get checked out after 3 walkins and 2 calls. This was after my arrival and completion of the service. 2 people present at the front but only one working with little sense of urgency. On another note, a customer arrived pretty upset about paperwork. He continued to get more and more upset as he waited between calls and the lack of finding his paperwork. Customer was over reacting in my opinion, however, the guys at the counter did not do anything to expedite his paperwork search in order to get him out of there. This made me pretty uncomfortable. They should have worked to get the guy out and minimized the scene he was creating. Did not seem to bother the Midas team. The one member that the visit was initiated stepped outside to take a call instead of handling the issue.
The Mechanics made sure to point out the defects in the equipment we were going to replace as well as went beyond to show me potential new issues.
I thought the manager was extremely unprofessional. He spoke to and about his employees on the floor with customers waiting in the waiting room. There was a delay in getting the oil filter for my car (which if they confirmed the appointment 3 days prior, why was this filter not added to the list of parts needed for the week) and I ended up having to wait an hour and a half for a service that should have taken no more than a half-hour. I was not communicated any of this information until 45-minutes into the appointment and kept being promised 'hopefully just another 10 to 15 minutes.'
I was told I needed new lug nuts and when I asked why I was told it is normal on jeeps. Almost $300 for rear lug nuts is a absolute joke. They only care about getting positive feedback because the manager reached out and when I told him my brakes don’t feel 100% normal, I got no response.
I brought my car in for an alignment and oil change. The employees were very helpful and took my car right away. They serviced my car quickly and called me when it was done. Great service all around.

This is my second time getting an oil change at this location. Both times the staff are less than enthused when I check in making it feel as though I’m an inconvenience. There’s no greeting, no small talk. The man who did the oil change just asked for my keys and if it was only an oil change. The location and online scheduling is great, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Clear explanation of what needed to be done, including showing me the issues with my exhaust system, while my car was up on the lift. Also, the manager gave me a ride home, and then picked me up on completion of the job, so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop. Greatly appreciated!

The service tech's do a complete checkup with each oil change, and were able catch a transmission leak before all the fluid was gone.
