Had a 11AM appointment for oil change/tire rotation. My car was driven into the bay at 11:35 (35 min. late) Car was in first bay, 15 feet from the waiting room and in full view of where I sat. Told my car was ready when I witnessed that tires were not rotated. Mechaninc said tires looked ok and didn't need rotating. WRONG!!! After a brief discussion he said OK and did the rotation. Good thing I was watching.......

They really know their job, very professional.

The associate was clear with specific information. My car was repaired and runs smooth. I am assured. Yes! When my car needs attention, this local Midas IS my immediate “go to” servicing place.

The manager was very friendly and professional and helpful .I was 5 minutes early before opening and he took me anyway with very friendly warm registration proses! When he call me about my truck problems, he was very helpful making my decide what to do!

Chris called me at 215pm telling me my car was ready for pick up, I arrived by 315pm and they had already left early (2 hours early) and closed for the day without letting me get my car. They also left the car unlocked on the parking lot which would have been sitting there overnight unlocked had I not gone home to get my spare key

I haven’t decided whether or not bringing a coupon when having my vehicle serviced is a deterrent or not.l went in with a $29.99 coupon and went out with a $72.00 bill. It always seems to be something that you can’t see.This visit was a leaking oil plug.A $3.00 item,$17.00 charge.I get the added charge for additional oil, but it never seems to fail something always pops up increasing the amount.

The manager Mike was professional,knowledgeable and most kind .I am a repeat customer because of Mike and his knowledge of Mercedes . He is honest and straightforward. There are never any surprises .I will be returning for tires in the spring .

The parts needed were gotten quickly and the need for the services was explained clearly.

My muffler had been seriously bumped OUT of alignment. Plus my maintenance needed light had come on my dash. Mr. Mike Boroukhov CALMLY listened to my presenting needs. Immediately took my car into the shop for inspection. In less than five minutes told me what damage had been done to the muffler and the extending pipes. Told me it could be fixed immediately. Assured me the price for the muffler plus the oil change and other 233432 mileage maintenance. Always he looked me directly into my eyes. Always he was polite, calm and assured. Within 45 minutes the work was complete. My car is now again the quiet smooth ride I enjoy.

Each time I come to this Midas Service in Marlborough’s I experience the confidence of knowledge to do the RIGHT service to keep my car safe and in excellent shape to serve my ambitious travel needs. I welcome the expertise and confidence!! Gives me confidence and satisfaction.

Mike B the manager went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service to me! I returned to this Midas from one year ago because Mike B the manager provided me with the same excellent “above and beyond” service then! Also Keith and Mike (that put the part in my car) are both A+ auto technicians! I will surely continue to come to this Midas for all of my automotive needs!

Felt well informed, staff took time to make you feel unpressured even with other customers behind you. Explained issues, helped with plan for repair issues as we can afford.

Employee should tell customer price options and oil change options at check in before service.

It was quick check-in. Services needed were communicated. Check out took longer than anticipated.

Go in for front and real brakes and they tell me that some kind of seal is no good after I had my car at Marlborough Nissan and they did a check on my car and said nothing about a deal just brakes front and back what is up there
