I dropped my car off in the am .. nobody contacted me to update me and they closed the store without notifying me .. when i went the next day they lost me keys ( found them eventually and the work was not completed
-Verify all parts are on hand at store or recvd from whse in advance of customers scheduled appt-technicians should attend a MAGIC class so they know the proper way to deal with customers.
There was a longer wait than originally indicated. I asked upon arrival if the duration of the appointment was still going to be 1 hour, which it was confirmed. However, the service took closer to 2 hrs and 45 minutes.
Staff was very helpful, especially Sam. He was on top of everything.

I did not have an appointment and my concern about my car was immediately addressed. The issues with my car were explained in detail and were promptly addressed as well. I did not wait very long and the service on my car was excellent.This is my third visit and I am extremely satisfied and plan on returning with any future maintenance on my vehicle.
The site manager, Sam, attended to my purchase to buy a set of 4 Pirelli tires, mount, balance & align. Sam was fantastic! I made an error in ordering the tires. Sam worked through it and resolved the issue. I arrived at 9AM to inquire about scheduling the work that I thought I had scheduled. Turns out I didn't. But Sam worked with me for an hour to find the tires, schedule their delivery, and notified me they were in at 2:30. I brought my card in and it was competed in the expected 2 hours. I picked up my car at 5:30 with all work complete.Sam's patience, perseverance, professionalism and good sense of humor is an example for all to emulate.
Only wrong estimate was the amount of time it took , everything else about the service was satisfactory.

Mechanic looked for any neglected service
Owner was very nice but think it was part of the gimmick. I usually do my own oil changes but I'm in NJ and live in Florida so I don't have access to my own lifts. Price was only about 10 bucks cheaper than a dealership and I get a loaner as well as a free car wash from them. So I wasn't impressed by going outside of the dealership.

The store employees were awesome. They explained everything in detail as to what needed to be done and what other issues I need to look at elsewhere. The dissatisfaction comes from the prices of everything. Midas itself charging me over 400$ for rear only break pads and rotors knowing it’s not that much is a bit ridiculous. A tire costing over 200$ is more ridiculous. The employees did best they could to find me a tire all the way down to 150$ but still it was ridiculous to be expected to pay that.

My car got messed up when I was there, they sent an apparaiser to my apartment to go over the damages but he said he will call back in a day and it’s been theee days. I call the Midas today to get his phone number but they now say I’m not in the system. Then asked if my name was jermane, it is not. My name is Timothy Hunt and I want a follow up to this ASAP.
Angel and josh really made my experience. Excellent. I needed brakes, control arms, and a caliper replaced on my BMW. They both made sure my service was completed as quickly as possible and made it so I could get back on the road. Angel worked with my warranty company and was able to get my service approved quickly. Their communication was excellent. The pricing was very clearly spelled out and they even let me know about a coupon they had online to save me a little extra money. Couldn’t ask for better service or experience when having to get my car fixed. I will definitely be back for any future service I need on my car.
You can stop trying to upsell services. Also I asked for a tire rotation yet I got my car back with the tires not rotated.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was I had made an appointment and received a call to confirm the appointment but when I went there they had no record of the appointment. Still, they were able to get me in and out quickly since I had mentioned I had a doctors appointment scheduled a few hours later. Sam (the manager) was extremely helpful and even went to pick up a filter for my car since they said it would be a 40 minute wait for delivery. He clearly communicated the prices and was very transparent about the costs of the parts vs charges I would be paying. It is absolutely one of the most trustworthy places I have ever brought my car and I am recommending it to all my friends and family.

The staffs communication was beyond horrible, and they were completely vague with pricing and service. I went in to get my neutral safety switch and shifter checked, and ended up spending over $1200 on other things. On the receipt, the neutral safety switch issues was mentioned under customer requests, and at the bottom of the receipt it says that I still need to get it checked, under recommendations to customer. None of it was diagnosed or fixed, and I left with the same issue.

I had a problem with my battery staying on. They were able to reset the vehicle technology to make it drivable again. AND... they didn't charge me while providing exceptional service to myself and those in front of me in line.
My car broke down that morning. I dropped the car off without an appointment. Team was friendly and seemed to diagnose the problem as I described the issue to them. Every worker I spoke with was friendly and communicative. The worker I spoke to when I scheduled was friendly and explained everything in detail. The price was great, it took only 10 minutes longer than we expected. The inside of the waiting area was dated and looked rough but the guys were actively cleaning it. My car was overheating. It took over 6 hours to get car looked at, part to arrive(which they said was right down the street but took 2 hours) and then 2 hours to install. I waited the entire day and shoos have been told. I was supposed to work but lost the whole day. Very very disappointed in this process. I should have been told the timing I would have gotten a ride

Despite a few issues such as me losing my spare tire lock socket and a stripped lug (not the fault of Midas) the Omar and the staff took excellent care of my vehicle and worked diligently to repair the issues.
Omar researched my check engine light and recommended next steps if it should light again. When recommending a battery he talked to half a dozen people at v Mazda to make sure he wasn't selling me more than I needed.

The pricing of the issue for small issues simply saying 4 hours which i had completed from other vendor with in one hour and price i got is 1/4 th of it with proper service and experience. I dont recommend to any of the friends

I signed up for routine service and attention, if possible, to a non functional rear view mirror. The technician having ascertained that this aftermarket device had no available schematic, should have said, sorry we can't help, instead he took an hour to accomplish nothing and charged me $150. His manager stood by without reaction. In the end they didn't even perform routine servicing until I insisted on it. This episode reeks with dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Returning my $150 minus charge for routine service would be but partial compensation for waste of time and frustration. All for lack of simple honesty on their part:"sorry, we can't help you." I have had better experience with Midas in the past. Your staff has tarnished your reputation.
