I hit a curb came in 9/10 and they ordered the tire came in next day and got it changed in under 25 minutes. Also got new windshield wipers. Amazing service. Anthony was super nice !
I had 2 catalytic converters, and the rear main seal replaced in my 2010 Camaro. The first two sets of parts were defective, and the check engine light came back on after I got the car back within two days each time. I took the car back and Anthony got the problem solved and all has been well since June. Anthony and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable and very caring professionals.

I made an appointment to have front and rear brakes done. I dropped the vehicle off and left it. The call and said the vehicle was finished. They only did the front. I waited and hour and a half while they worked the back brakes. I the drive hope after the work was completed I developed a rubbing sound. I took the vehicle right back. I watched the tech remove the front tire and there was a tie rap holding the brake line in place. The tie rap had slipped and the brake line was rubbing the tire. It was obvious the tech had lost the screw that half the brake line in place. Instead of repairing it properly. He Joy rigged the line in place with a tie rap. This is shoddy work at best. Even though they correct the problem. They should have never sent the vehicle out with tie raps holding vital parts in place!
Staff was friendly. They took time to explain details. No pressure. The price was good.
Not charge for services that are not at all needed. Was quoted $2000.00 for $66 worth of parts.

Went in for tires and ended up with a 2000 bill
I went in to buy 4 tires. And ended up being told i needed other services that totaled 2000.Almost every customer that came in the 8 hours i was there was told they needed other services that they didn,t come in for.

Sanders and his team are amazing! I literally made an appointment on Christmas and didn’t expect much but Sanders literally knew who I was as soon as I walked in, had 4 different tire options with full pricing ready to go and made it incredibly easy to pick the tire selection I wanted. He got all 4 tires the same day (12/26) and even had them installed and my car ready and hour before the quoted pickup time. Sanders deserves a raise and a bonus, he’s hard working, efficient and runs a great shop! Even the mechanics were friendly and one was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car as well! Amazing experience and a real gem of a shop in glassboro as other tire shops I tried were a hassle to deal with and you can tell people know that since those shops were empty on 12/26 and not Midas because they are literally that good!!!

I took the car to Mavis and they were not able to lift the car, so I was explained what just happened and they guy on the phone said they can do it and they did a good job. I owned a tire shop back in the 90’ and there is multiple ways to lift a car.

I had as appointment for the oil change and tire rotation is free with that service. The guy was trying to cheat me. He didn’t do the tire rotation and he lied to me that he did it.
I have my truck serviced at the dealer but I had a tire repaired recently at Midas and was pleased with the service so I thought I would try them for an oil change. The service writer Chris Jones asked me to come out into the shop to show me something and told me I needed the passenger side turbocharger replaced. He was not able to answer the questions I had and deferred the questions to the mechanic. He showed me some oil on the exterior of a radiator hose and said the turbocharger needed to be replaced. I said the truck has been running fine and didn’t notice any smoke, he said the engine was just burning the oil right up. This to me wasn’t an acceptable answer and they asked a third mechanic, and again not much of a response. I believe the oil he showed me was what leaked out when he removed my oil filter, it was also on the frame of the truck. When I told him I would not be able to have it repaired that day he wrote a work order to have it done in the future. The repair order total was for $3,902.12, which also included $662.43 for replacement of my spark plugs, which I had replaced approximately 10,00 miles ago. Again, my truck is running and 550 miles since, no issues.

When I make an appointment for a service, I assume my service will be started in a reasonable amount of time. It was obvious I was given a time just to get the job. Two hours is much too long to mount and balance four tires.
Price of work was not communicated until I arrived. Tire pressure was checked 2 weeks before visit. All tires were at 36 psi. Upon pick up of vehicle all 4 tires were deflated to 30 psi which is the level that activates the tire sensor. I’m assuming this was done because i did not buy tires. Please don’t assume all women are dumb or uneducated.

I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair, did not have an appointment. They were able to fit me in and repair it in a relatively short period of time. The service manager as well as the mechanic that did the repair were very courteous and and friendly. It’s been a few days and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the repair.

I came in for a simple oil change. Dropped off in the morning. Got a call around 3:30pm that I was all finished, but they close at 4pm. So I had the option of paying over the phone.The rep. told me over the phone the total cost was $126, and was higher because my truck took more oil than most vehicles. I gave him the CC info over the phone for payment, no problem. When I picked up my truck, my invoice paid reflected $159, which was much higher than told over the phone what my total was.I have gotten oil changes in this truck many times, and none have costed me almost $160, and find that to excessive.Thanks.
Service Technician George went out of his way to help mefind a particular battery I needed for my sump pump--on his on offered to locate item,pick-up and deliver as I wasunable to get out of house. George stayed in touch with me and handled entire transaction until item delivered to me. this type of service is very rare today and has made me a MIDAS customer going forward. JOB WELL DONE.

They could not print my receipt due to a problem with printer which is fine but I still didn't get my receipt through email like they said they would do. I called twice and they eventually said they don't send the emails Midas does. That is a major problem.I'm still waiting and that is unacceptable it should be available as soon as I paid.

Very friendly and efficient staff
I brought my van in for a noise. I called every day and It took a week to have the noise figured out. This was at the Black Horse pike mt. Ephraim store. They transferred my van to the Glassboro store. It took a few days to be assessed. Then the they had to get in the parts then tools. Then actually make the repair. They ended up having my mini van for 25 days!! Granted it was a hard repair and Forrest worked hard to get the job done. The warantee company only gave me a rental for 7 days. It was VERY difficult not having the car for so long with 4 children. I wish they had transferred my van sooner if they did not have the staff to fix it. The process could have been streamlined better. Forrest was VERY nice and reassuring. I think he did everything possible to get my van finished. Maybe they could have cleaned it too since they had it so long.

I have been going to this Midas for a few years pricing suddenly got very high compare to another local shop that I use. Just had tires swapped and oil change on 2 different vehicles 1 was done at Meineke in Forked river area and 1 done at Midas Glassboro same job on both 56.00 difference? Not sure why. From the first phone call where I scheduled my appointment, the female associate I spoke with on the phone was polite, friendly and helpful. At the location, John was more than helpful and explained everything my car needed in detail. The location itself was clean and had a great atmosphere. In comparison to other places I have gone to have my car serviced (including another Midas location) this experience was far better and I feel like my car got everything it needed.
I was originally given reasonable price for front shocks and labor in beginning but ended up being much higher and they did extremely poor welding that fell off one hour after leaving and had to bring back and get charged again for them to use the correct brackets. I showed what they first did to my mechanic and he said he would fire any worker doing that poor quality of weld let alone the total $725 charge for two front shocks. I now feel like I can never trust the Midas Touch again and will always recommended to many to stay away. Go to your regular mechanic and wait if they are too busy.

First it is always convenient to make an appointment on the day you call. We just brought 3 cars over the course of two months and each time they were accommodating. The service was always friendly and great with communicating what was done and what needed to be done with no sales pressure.
