I use to go MIDAS FOR OIL CHANGE/ Oil filter. Years ago I bought tires. At this moment I have to do some work in my car like Belts , front brakes / Rotors, brake fluids and auto transmission fluid exchange . So will set up an appointment for those services that I need.

I stopped because I thought I was having a brake problem but wasn't sure because I had only had the vehicle for about a month. I did not have an appointment. The manager said he would assess the problem for me while I waited; he heard the noise I heard. He found the problem, explained what it would take to correct it, told me a price and then although it was late in the day, he called for the parts and said they could fix it while I waited. It was costly, but justified as he clearly showed and explained the pricing. I am very satisfied with the fix. I was very impressed that they were able to do the work while I waited since I did not have an appointment.

I phoned to confirm they had the battery I needed one day before the appointment I made for brake replacement. They confirmed immediately which was load off my stress. Pricing was discussed in detail before proceeding with the work. Everyone was personable, upbeat and friendly which I greatly appreciated. A spring on one of the brakes didn't sit properly and I had to come back, but instead of arguing with me or telling me it had nothing to do with the work done (which I've had the unfortunate luck to have experienced) they took care of the issue promptly and without any attitude. The professionalism and respect was very much appreciated. I am new to the area and will be using Midas for my automotive needs going forward.

The tech working on my car used a flat head to take my wheel cap off and chipped it. They also left two wheel mounting tools still attached to my tires. I had to remove them when i got home.
Nick was analyzing help, not just to me, but several others there AT THE SAME TIME! We did have a snag, but it was fixed so easy that it wasn't even that big of a deal. Most places make you feel unwelcome, this place was not that. I won't be going anywhere else for my service.

Everything about the experience was what I would expect. No issues with the facility or personnel. The only thing I wish a repair shop would do is offer their oil changes at reasonable prices. Get us in there for a good value, make a little money on the oil, and develop that trust/relationship. Then when we need something larger we would feel comfortable coming back. Everyone knows it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. $85 for a synthetic oil change doesn't start that relationship very well. If I can purchase the supplies for $30 I know a business is paying much less. Again, get us in there for a good price for a very basic oil change and keep us coming back by pricing it at $50. You still make $ and later make much better margins on all the other services.

Arrived without an appointment, got scheduled for an hour later. Friendly staff offered coffee up on my return. Was told about the need of tires and ordered them on the spot.
The work on my vehicle was expected to take 4 hours to complete. I actually had to leave the vehicle over night because the shop did not have a specific tool that was required to complete the job. Nick, the manager, was supportive. However, I had to go home without my vehicle after having waited all day. It appeared to me that the technician would work on my truck for a while and then stop before the job was completed.
The ease of dropping off my Vechicle, getting my car back exactly at the promised return time and the exact price quoted.
Nick was very helpful and accommodating in getting my tire patched first thing in the morning so I could get to work. I appreciated being able to use the WiFi in the work area space while I waited.

The front desk associate doest not show that much interest of the problem. I had to ask about details of the problem. no handled documents explaining the issue. the technician did not care about the car cleanness, he made my mat so dirty with the black grease.

I called on Saturday morning to get my car fixed because it was leaking coolant. I go in and they inspect my car and say they can get it done by the end of the day. They couldn’t get it done by the end of the day so luckily I was able to get it by afternoon on Monday. My temperature light was still on in the car so I brought it back and they fixed it. Then I go to leave for work Monday night and my car was leaking again. So I had to borrow my husbands car to get to work causing me to be late. I brought my car in on Tuesday morning and got it back before closing hours the same day. So far so good. They apologized for the inconvenience and took my car right away when I returned on Tuesday morning.
They came out immediately, helped me jump my car twice, and helped replace the battery and air filter the same day. Midas is better than any other auto repair shop.
Norm and the other gentleman (i forget his name) have always been so incredibly nice to me. I’ve taken my car there for years. One time they forgot to do my oil change and i brought it back the next day and they did it for free. The customer service can’t be beat. As a single woman i never feel like I’m being taken advantage of or ripped off when i go in there like other shops I’ve been in before.
John understood my request, checked the exhaust system and performed a transmission fluid change while I waited.

Completely satisfied with the service experience and came to Midas after a couple poor experiences with the local Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer Lucas Dodge. A conventional oil change with tire rotation was nearly 50% of the cost at Lucas Dodge and when I called to make an appointment, Midas got me in the same day, as opposed to Dodge who generally takes a week to get schedule and I have to leave the truck. Also, as a Technical Support Manager for Cummins, I liked the fact, that Midas uses Valvoline Oil, which every Cummins Engine comes with from the factory. Use of quality products in servicing my vehicle is important to me as a technician.All in all, Midas is convenient, easy to get an appointment, the staff are pleasant and professional, facility was clean and great service at a great price. I can assure you I'll be bringing my wife's Chevy Equinox in for service, as well as my Ram 1500 and would certainly recommend to others.

John, the manager was straight forward with his explanation of the problem I was having with my lift gate door. He determined that not only the actuator solenoid was defective, there was much corrosion in the wiring harness, water somehow leaked into the door lock assembly and someone had previously glued together the switch and broke the wire harness. John was trying to avoid replacing the entire rear lift gate which would have set me back over $3000. He and his technician replaced the wiring harness, motor and solenoid, switch and siliconed the inside where he could see light from the outside piercing through. This was the cause of the water covering the connectors, corroding them to be in-operatable. After all was reassembled, the lift gate was back in operation and saved me much money. Thank you John and team !
I had recently come in to have an exhaust put on. The first visit ended poorly. They called me back and I was able to come in and have the problem solved for no extra cost. Very professional/competent staff.

And Richard was friendly and when my car was in the way of the bag he needed he kindly approached and asked if he could move the vehicle so not to bother me during checkout! I was pleased with my experience!
We were told by a local Honda dealership that we needed a major alignment on all 4 wheels. Norm not only told us that wasn't true, he showed us why and showed us what other parts we needed to get my son to the west coast for college. the issue i brought the car in for was serviced promptly, when the rep told me my car was finished he said it could also use a filter change, so i said ok, because i only expected it to take a few more minutes, but i had told him when i arrived that i was in somewhat of a hurry. After more than a half hour i went to check on my car because i needed to leave, and saw it in the garage not being worked on, so I asked about it and was told the filter was not in stock but they were waiting for it to be delivered, i told them if it wasnt already in stock there i couldnt wait, they apologized and got my car ready and accepted payment for the completed work. if a part is not in stock the customer should be told and allowed to decide if they want to wait or not
