I got my brakes and rotors changed from Midas Toronto location on 22nd Aug 2020. I lost the invoice hence Midas Cambridge didn’t give me brake pad discount. They check the database but couldn’t find the details. I have credit cards statement which show date of service in Midas Toronto however it’s not my problem if your centre folks are not entering the data correctly. Long story short I didn’t get discounts of 250$ when I went in again to get the brake pads and rotors changed. I’ve raised this to your customer care dept and agent named Nelinda Cruz with email [email protected] is in touch and she has all the details. Hope Midas listens to this and brings this to resolution. I need my 250$ by cheque.
