My 2011 Ford Ranger was shuddering during driving. I finally assumed my spark plugs needed to be replaced (original 330,000 Kms). Mgr on duty ordered spark plugs and were replaced. $600 later, same problem. it wasn't suggested that wires should also be replaced at the same time. That would be my next step, but redundant labour will cost me another $300 alone. perhaps I'll try a injection cleaner and/ or fuel line cleaning.???

Change your policy about tax exemptions for Native Status Individuals in Canada. The Manager was very rude when he did not want to assist us with this matter. He merely stated that Midas does not grant the ability to do these tax exemptions because you are an American Company. June in Canada is Indigenous People's Month and this experience was very hurtful. I won't be using Midas again and will report this experience to as many people as possible. I will also make it public that I feel all like minded people should not use Midas for any car maintenance.

Damaged rims and told it was damage from before, saying the damage is old, meanwhile the rims are brand new 1 month old, took no responsibility for damaging my rims and even told me he should have taken pictures of my rims before and even said high end cars should be turned down.
