Craig and his team were doing a great job and provided great service and information. When I had questions they had the answers.
I went in for just few things but Craig told me alot more needed done. Plus, there was an issue with my tires and 2 of them were different sizes from work before. Than this morning blew out my left driver tire but craig and staff got it done and out quickly.
The quote of work was thorough and answered all my questions to allow me to make the best decision to understand what needed to be fixed. Time it took was what they estimated so I was able to get on to my day.

I was quoted a price over the phone and he stuck to that price even though it was a little bit higher, also when I asked about any openings yesterday he asked how far away I was told him 10-15 min he said "ok, see you in 10-15 min". When I got there he explained the service explained that the place was in the middle of redoing the place and told me about a place across the street to wait or there I could as there was a picnic table. He told me it would take 30-45 min and he was dead on. Very nice guy so pat on his back it was in Gresham off of burnside I forgot his name.

Train your service techs to properly solve car issues and communicate with your customers. Inform customers when their car will kept overnight so they can make the proper arrangements.
I purchased 4 truck tires, 2 trailer tires, 2 wheels for trailer, 4 wheels for truck, 4 snow&ice tires, and 4 steel wheels for our car. Until today (2/13/24) I have had no issue with Midas for the last 3 years since my purchase. My snow tire picked up a nail and I learned that the nail was in a place that the tire was destroyed. In reviewing my paperwork I noticed all the costs for the snow tires for the car was listed under the truck information. Cost for wheels and sensors were shown and no tires. I asked about replacement and right off, did you buy it from here, Costco, another vendor, and so on. I went to a local competitor and bought four new snow tires. I will never shop at Midas again and I will recommend to friends and family not to also. It is regrettable this had to end this way. I am sure the store was glad to hear I no longer needed their help. This was not a money issue, it was no believing that the tires were purchased. I am sure the staff will say I did not have the proper paperwork which would be correct, I do however had the visa drafts to Midas for the products and service.
At my first appointment, I was completely ignored so I left. I didn’t get a call to reschedule until an hour later. At the next appointment, it took them 6 hours to work on my car and they constantly seemed confused. They were very passive aggressive with me and acted like I was stupid.

I placed the appointment online and saw there was a special on oil changes for $69 or so for full synthetic oil. So that was much cheaper than the dealer or other businesses. That’s why I booked. When it was time to pay I was going to be charged the full price of over $100. I was told that special price didn’t s apply to this particular store. To me that wasn’t right. Anyway I did get $20 discount but the price was still higher than the special rate I made the appointment for. That was the price I expected to pay. Kind of like bait and switch.

I was satisfied with the service and the service manager. I scheduled the appointment and arrived as agreed. The service manager explained to me what needed to be done and gave me a return time approximately three hours as agreed. It was a simple transaction, changing summer tires to winter. The tires were on wheels so took one set off and put another on.
I still have yet to receive my inspection email regarding my infinity and the next day after getting inspection done my check engine light came on.
I brought my car to Midas because the oil change was reasonably priced, and I love the through inspection my car was given. I had a 2:30 appointment, but the car got to the bay by 3 PM--coulda been better. I also noticed that I wasn't So given a sticker with the mileage for my next oil change. The auto inspection is the best I've had at several oil change locations though, and that's why I went.
turns out something more than we expected had to be done. We were called, but didn't really understand the situation. So we had someone who knows about and understands cars call and talk to the rep. We were completely satisfied with that information exchange, and ended up having the additional work done.
Complete oil changes in a timely manner as promised, clean the steering wheel and outside of vehicle of all grease left, PUT THE GLOVE BOX BACK IN, put seats in prior positions when car was delivered, reset oil change light or atleast give a sticker to indicate next oil change mileage.

The team at this Midas is led by Lex who gives amazing customer service. He kept me up to date on what was going on and when my vehicle would be ready. Keifer called me as well and they alll went over and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fully prepared for safe driving.

I had my broken down vehicle towed to Midas as this was the place where we’d had multiple services done in the past. However the vehicle needed way more work than I wanted to invest (given its value). The guys were very responsive, very willing to get it back on the road but in the end, I ended up donating it. They were also very kind and cooperative with facilitating that process, which took a couple of days. Thanks so much for that help.

I'm someone who knows a little to nothing about cars. I came to this midas location to get my car diagnosed with check engine light on as it was having an engine misfire. I thought it was somthing major as it turned out I just needed a tune up and ended up with me paying $1800 for spark plugs and ignition coil. I didn't realize I overpaid until I called around and asked for the costs of the parts that was used and the labor. This midas location pretty much robbed me! I will never be going back to any Midas ever again.
I have read some negative reviews and am actually surprised ... I have been getting my vehicle serviced at this location for a very long time and have never had a bad experience. Previous managers and the current on, Lex, have been very nice and fair with me. The folks working on my cars have been kind and thorough. I had to leave my car this time as during my oil change, things were noted that really needed to be addressed. The young man who inspected my vehicle, Blake, was wonderful. I felt he really cared about my safety and did a great job. He had to drive me home and pick me up, he explained what the services were and was just truly kind. I have never felt insecure about services suggested. And though prices can be steep, this is not the fault of technicians. I read several negative reviews and truly don't get it. Last time I was there, there was another older woman who had also been taking her car here for years, and her stance is the same as mine. We trust them, they are good to us and that is vital. This is my first visit with Midas. I needed my vehicle key fob battery replaced and was referred to Midas by my leasing company. With just the amazing experience I had with a small task, I decided that I would return to have the rest of my car taken care of. WOW what GREAT Service!!! Lex the manager was hands on and help me through the process of everything and needed. He went over & beyond to make sure that my car drove away in perfect condition.
I was looking for a new place to get an oil change, and also a place where I could get future repairs as needed. I just dropped in to get info about the oil change, and then I thought I would have to make an appt. They were able to take my car in right away. They did a very thorough check-up along with the oil change, and I got a new wiper blade that I've been needing for awhile. I waited while they did this, it didn't take too long, everyone was nice, and the price wasn't bad. I would definitely return.

Kiefer is very customer service friendly. The entire team is great because Lex is a wonderful manager. I did not see him this visit but Kiefer took care of everything like a professional. The customer service is outstanding at this location. They should really be a model store for training other stores. I only went to Gresham Toyota for the past 15 years for service on my vehicles, but my mom had such a great experience with this Midas that she urged me to try it. As long as that team is in place I will not be going back to Gresham Toyota for service. Every team member at this location has a good idea of community. I appreciate them so much. One thing I do not want to worry about is my vehicle. I feel that they are very honest and caring.

Midas was very thorough when examining for exhaust leaks, but most importantly, they suggested the work might be covered by the car's original warranty. The dealership had already assessed there were no leaks, even though I repeatedly mentioned exhaust is often smelled in the car. I appreciate that Midas found the leaks and provided documentation to take back to the dealership.

Received a coupon in the mail for an affordable oil change. I was skeptical about having Midas do an oil change, but the price was right so I decided to give it a try. I was early for my appointment, but the service manager (guy at the desk) got me in right away. It change took 30 minutes, which was longer than Jiffy Lube, but I was comfortable waiting in the office. Note: I listened to the desk guy handle 3-4 calls while I was there. He was courteous, pleasant, and efficient. An overall excellent example of an employee. I was very impressed. He also explained several additional service options available to me, but was not pushy when I politely declined them.

Highly satisfied is a very high bar; I was highly satisfied with the value, the thoroughness of the mechanic's inspection, and highly satisfied with the friendliness of your employees.I've been searching for a new place to get my oil changed since Jiffy-Lube over-torqued my oil pan plug and refused to be responsible for the damage. I will consider Midas for other things besides exhaust system maintenance in the future.

I came in for an oil change and truly, even though time had passed, I didn't need one. I still had 60 oil life and at least a thousand miles to go. Lex and the associates checked my levels and put air in my recently purchased tires and sent me on my way. I truly appreciate this level of honesty and customer service. I have been coming to this location for years now and I am never disappointed. I recommend it over any other oil service and the work I have had done on my vehicle over the years has always been hassle free. That is what customer service is all about!!
The wait period was long, and I was by myself. I brought it in for routine maintenance.I do know the stalls were full and they were very busy.The staff was friendly.I did not anticipate hearing that my 2020 Rav4 needs new shocks and that is being arranged. Overall, very pleased. I will have a ride arranged next time.

I just got a quote for a muffler. I was happy that they got right me in when I phoned. The time to get the quote was very short. I did not have to wait. But the price…whoa! The quote was WAY too HIGH. I went to an independent for much less.

I took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic check. I am NOT happy with the price. I was there about an hour and charged $185.00. I know this doesn't go to the employees that do the work ... I AM VERY SATISFIED that they were able to simply clean the MAF sensor and didn't tell me I needed a new one. THAT goes a long way with me. Honesty and integrity is of the utmost importance. I just feel 185.00 is a lot for an hour.

I was told that the technician checked everything and endured all bulbs were working. I told them multple times there is a tail light bulb out. They failed to look at it. The main problem is still existent even after i was told it was fixed. Still making a horrible noise. Now car is blowing cold air on passenger side. Did not have this problem at take in.

Both right side doors and left back door no longer unlocked with the key fob or using the driver main command post, nor would the passenger front door open from the outside handle. We would have to roll down the windows so you could manually pull up the door lock just to get the doors to open. Had to replace the inside panel door mechanisms on all three faulty doors. Now everything works fine.
