Don’t rip off your customers and then when found because of inspection and you take it back complete work supposed to be done and without mechanic cursing you out and acting like your bothering him! Absolutely horrible!!

The tech that serviced my vehicle gave the paperwork back to the desk associate without rotating the tires if I had not been in the waiting room I would’ve picked up my car paid for the rotation of my tires and wouldn’t have been done. The tech it worked on my Car spent more time on his phone that he did working on my car. This is why he probably forgot to do the tire rotation that was listed on the bill because he was too distracted by using his phone almost the whole time he was performing services.

I made an appointment for 12 pm and I arrived at 11:45 and checked in but my car was not takin enough into service bays until 12:54 and I was particularly upset it took that long to get my work started since I was waiting with the car. It’s not like it was super busy since I was the only one in waiting area, I understand people drop their cars off but I do think you should keep appointments within 15 minutes of time scheduled
The employees were courteous, informative and helpful. They called to keep me informed on what they were doing and approximately when my car would be ready.

Got a lil change at Midas in Feasterville Pa. I forgot my discount coupon when I called the Shop only 10 minutes after my return home I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I don't think I will be going back any time soon.

I've used this Midas for 20 years. This time my wife got an oil change. I had a coupon and normally the local Midas would still take a store coupon if I forgot mine. For just more than $10.00 this dealership has probably lost my 20 business relationship.
Cost was better than the dealer. Car performance noted after repairs were finished was a very good improvement. Time to make these repairs was very reasonable. I would always recommend this company and this center in particular.
