Have a nail in my tire. Called and the guy asked what kind of tires so he could order me a new one. I did that and he said he ordered it and told me to come in 2 days later for replacement. I called on the second day because I had a previous experience where this store did not have items and I went to store at appointment time and wasn’t able to get serviced because the store did NOT communicate that my parts were not in. When I called he said it wasn’t in but said it should be tomorrow come then. I told him I have a nail in my tire and I would be driving with my child in the car. This could have been an accident had I driven there and my tire not have been there, and that would have been almost 100 miles driven on a tire with a nail in it. This store has done this before, if they say they are ordering something they need to FOLLOW UP if it’s not going to be there on time. It is the store’s responsibility to make sure they have what they need to keep appointments for service. They need to call the customer and communicate that so people do not waste their time.

Not charge for false work. I was told I needed a new alternator, belt and belt tensioner north of 1200 dollars when I had it checked by someone else and it wasn’t any of that. It was a ac clutch and cost 200. Paid 150 for a diagnostic that wasn’t even right and thankfully I didn’t have them do the work anyways because it wouldn’t even have been fixed. Should be refunded my money.

Mike, the manager, took extra care with me, and the other customers present. It took very little time to get my truck in and a very reasonable amount of time to do the work. I have been dealing with Midas since the 70s (custom exhausts for a 68 Austin America and a 68 Mercedes 200) and this location for at least 20 years. I'll keep coming back. The mechanics have all been great but Mike is the glue that holds it all together.
