Customer representative failed to use a teachable, redeemable, opportunity that would have increased trust and knowledge into an instant conflict; where He was unwilling to correct an internal issue- instead he insisted the customer correct a Midas problem and pay additional money for their shortcomings. I was there for 4 hours and saw 5 clients with appointments turned away while they just merely forgot about me! I don’t know who hired Jack as the manager but they made a great decision! He is a professional who knows how to talk to a customer. Knows his business. Jack was great and did what he could but I drive from Savannah Georgia to this location for a problem that I had a year and a half ago that this store fixed. I get there and find out I bought and alternator I didn’t need a year and a half ago that I did not need and my car is still not fixed. I got told after driving 3 hours and taking time off work that I’ll still need to take it to a dealership. Just over all waste of time and my car is still saying it is having power issues. I won’t be back. Jack was great but it overall was a waste of time and money.

For one if someone tells you up front " we're just trying to pay for an diagnosis for what's wrong it " .....don't try to on purpose make something break off . We didn't even make it pulling out of the bay area. Secondly he asked my husband to back it out when normally the mechanic does it . There are drag marks from where it was parked til where it stopped and locked up

Upon checking my car in I felt skeptical because they told me that I have 3 vehicles in front of me even thou you made an appointment. Less than 10 minutes with no other cars entering the shop work area, didn’t seem right to me because of what you just told me. My car gets done a little too fast for me so I then check under the hood where I know my oil filter is located, and it’s the same exact filter I looked at this morning with the same dirt on it and on the seal part that you can see from the top. I proceed to tell the assistant manager that my oil filter wasn’t changed. He then tells me that the the manager did it so he’s sure that it was done. Showed him how dirty the filter was he tells me that the filters are dirty because the sit on the shelf in the shop, for the amount of dirt and they with looked not possible. The manager then told me it got that dirty putting it on the car.. They did change it, which I noticed the brand was way different from the one they said they replace which was the brand I had on before and after the first “change”. I would of felt better if they would of just admitted ok I forgot or something along those lines
The price of the repair changed after I signed the paperwork and went home. The vehicle repairs went beyond the appointed time multiple times.
This location has been a lifesaver for my fleet vehicles at Goodwill. Josh the manager is incredible to work with, he is upfront - helpful and his team is fast.
Brake inspection costs $40. Provided a quote for rotor change which was very good condition. I have reports ready from other mechanics.

Been coming to Midas for years to get my oil changed and other services. There staff is very cordial and recommendations aren't forced only suggested.
I am highly satisfied on my visit and just said that not satisfied with what I paid. It’s ok. At the end of my visit the cashier told me me that the crackling on the tires should go away as for everything inspected was good to go. To just let the new oil go through the engine as the vehicle is ran. I ran it today and was running great but could still hear some crackling.I hope it really just needs to be ran a little more because to be honest, I trust the word of the cashier.Thank you

So. I had muffler work done. I was a mechanic most of my life, so I knew exactly what I wanted. True dual exhaust with flow masters,and turn downs, I gave them the option of one flowmaster if there were any problems. It turned out my body didn't really have the room to do dual without sacrificing ground clearance, and the hanger situation wasn't gonna be right either. The issue was explained, and we went with the single flowmaster with turndown. The car is chipped, cold air intake, and is fast, and sounds great. Perfect experience with Justin, and the sales lady. Price was great too. You can't go cheap on quality. I got fair price, and quality

Price of oil change had increased from my last visit.
1. If we evaluate a vehicle for repairs and you get the repair job, why does the customer have to pay for a Diagonostic inspection if you are getting the work. Had to pay $225.00 just to let me know what work needed to be performed. The total cost would have been $3,250.00 with a $225.00 Diagonostic inspection. Had the work done at another shop for $1,100.00. Same parts, same repairs. 2. I provided Midas on Decker Blvd over 25 vehicles throughout the year that needed repairs for my employees, now y'all lost a valuable customer. Going to another shop.not sure why Midas on Decker repair costs $3,250 when I can get the same work done for $1,100.00. I do not like to be taken advantage of.

I was charged full price $48 for the oil change and it wasn't even synthetic and also there were coupons that they could of offered me. If they would have offered a discount I would've been back. And my tire light is still on which leads me to believe they didn't do what they were supposed to.

I have been using this MIDAS store for the last 15 years and have always experienced excellent service and automobile advice. I trust these techs with my automobiles and my employee's vehicles. If something is wrong after repairs (but that seldom happens) this shop will immediately fix the problem. A customer cannot ask for better service. The check out guy ( a heavy set African American guy) was not very friendly. He did not greet me when I entered the store, nor did he ask if I had any questions. The young man that o dropped the car off to was very polite ( a causian young man with black hair) he called and explained to me in detail the many issues with my car. I brought the car in at 1pm on Monday, it was suppose to be ready by 5pm. Midas called me at 4pm to explained the issues found. The car was not ready to 5pm. There was no follow up call at all/ I finally called to see when my car would be ready. Pricing was a bit high.

I was not happy. I came in due to a loud noise on my car. They put it on a lift and diagnosed it as being my front differential. They told me it would cost $3900 for the part and $639 for labor. I contacted the BMW dealership and the part was only a little over $2000. They were pushy and trying to scare me saying my car wouldnt make it home. Asking me to finance it. I felt they were taking advantage of me because I was a female. Just bad business. Would never recommend.
