Jerrold was fantastic. I came in after my check engine light came on in the middle of a road trip. He was patient and immediately took a look at it for me and kept trying to figure out the problem. He fixed it as soon as he was able and even threw in the oil change for free. Not all Midas locations have such great customer service, but Jerrold at this location was the best!

Charles is condescending with the way he talks to people about cars. When my check engine light came on after my service and smoke was billowing out the back he told me it would turn off. I got less than a mile down the road in my engine started overheating. They took it back and the next day the overheating problem was fixed, but the check engine light was still on with no clear solution conveyed to me.
Charles Pace is an amazing person! He helped me figure out exactly what I need and carefully explained what they would be doing! Very communicative and timely! Service was great! Will be returning because of charles.
I brought up that my car had been pulling in both directions. Not too severe but that it was doing it. The service associate, Charles, said he would have them check if it needed an alignment which I was fine with them checking. I was just not told they were actually doing the alignment until I received my bill at the end and ended up spending a surprise $150 extra.
Their knowledge of the issue with the vehicles issues and then helping understand what I could do while they had the vehicle that would save me some money

I am actually been trying to call your corporate office because my truck after spending $2,100 over $2,100 but coil packs and the the guy who work on it said he couldn't get two of them done so he handed my brother to spark plugs for the two that he couldn't get done and the truck is still not running good and the gas smell it was a terrible thing it's not done so I'm really about to call the better Business because I think it is really b******* that we pay $2,100 and went to another mechanic and the work is not done like it's it's still the same way it was when we brought it in so that's what you wanted to hear

Routine oil change: Told that about $700 worth of service was needed. I chose to hold off. As I was driving I noticed my car was definitely not the same. I took it back to Midas & was told it was my tire treads which they didn't mention previously. Fortunately I had a warranty on the tires. I went to different service station & they found that the bolts were DANGEROUSLY loose. Midas has lost my business for life.

Price was very expensive. The rotation wasnt done because they dont have the machine that they need to do the rotation. I had to ask the technician to do a tire pressure check and to refill my tire because it was low and I had requested that the pressure be checked upon arrival and was not completed while in the bay for an oil change.
