I had a great experience working with Tyler on this brake service. Tyler clearly explained the brake system on my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport vehicle and the repairs that would be needed to get back on the road safely. Tyler also worked with me on the pricing for the repairs noting that I was eligible for a military discount. After picking up and driving my car home, I can now say that my brakes are performing better than when I first bought the car and the new rotors and calipers appear to be better quality than my original parts. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service I received and the price I paid for this service.

The people were very nice and prompt with their work. They explained what was wrong with my car in a very understandable way without seeming condescending. They gave me a variety of options to choose from for fixes so I didn’t feel pressured to spend the most that I can

My visit turned out to be super fast, I was literally in and out. Car runs better than when I first arrived!

I arrived a midas checked in went to couple of places close by walked back to midas it was done in less than two hours

Associates were kind and accommodating. The restroom was clean, the communication was clear and they answered questions. It did take the part needed to arrive longer than promised, but that seemed to be more of the storage place’s fault than the location.

I caught them twice not replacing a part I paid for. Manager is a liar 100 percent or clueless. Will use your money to replace parts until they get the right one rather than properly diagnosing. Chargeback or small claims court is coming.

Walker communicated repairs effectively, assisted us handling payment through Synchrony, and was very helpful and patient after a delay due to an issue with our tire locks.

Tyler and the whole Midas team really took care of me. I only went in for an oil change and they helped me fix all my car issues so that I could get back on the road safely.

I got oil change on my Toyota corolla on 09/18/2021. The Staff were courteous & professional. They also performed multi point inspection.
