Train technicians that when replacing front end parts, an alignment NEEDS to done. This is essential when replacing steering and front tire components. It affects further repairs and SAFETY.

Labor alone was $1,000 to replace thermostat housing assembly should not have been charged more than 300-500 labor for a couple hours of work. Also turn signal sound is now completely off after repairs, not a big deal because the lights still work (just annoying after having to pay astronomical amount for labor you'd think they would not make any mistakes for $1000 in labor costs). Also they wanted my Payment information over the phone on same day because I could not pick up car same day, they said transaction had to be closed on same day. Very strange, never had to do this before at this location. Overall Jesse was pleasant and helpful.I don't think I will be going back, I feel ripped off.

I go to Midas all the time this time I change my location to Westheimer &Dairy ashford location my wife got a groupen for $55 bucks for full synthetic the Manger no I think General manager been there for long time he say was very upset an complain about store not making money people bring Groupon the only thing he could of say I’ll match the Groupon not the whole story my labor is free an seems to be very upset an there was couple of more people sitting there was complaining also I would not be going to this location any more.Thanks

If a problem occurs I would like to be notified before any further work is completed. I do not want to be charged for additional work that occurred due to negligence of the workers.
Vehicle was promised at 6:00 but it was ready the next day. The service performed was new exhaust system including two catalytic converters. When I picked it up, the root top on driver side was unlatched & the roof had greasy hand prints all over it.
I scheduled an appointment via phone and the technician reassured me he had me covered when I went in for my appointment time I didn’t have an appointment at all the technician never put my info in the system. I ended up not having an appointment at all and had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change.

I purchased a Groupon. I called and made the appointment so they knew the make and model of my vehicle before I arrived. I arrived promptly at the time of the appointment, and was informed that they did not have the correct oil filter for my vehicle and needed to get it from someplace else and that would take an additional 20 minutes. What’s the point of making an appointment and knowing what type of vehicle I’m bringing if you don’t have the correct filter for my car? I was also informed that I needed to purchase an additional 2 quarts of oil for my car. The associate tried to tell me that the type of oil I was getting would not last more than 3000 miles. That is a complete lie as I know how long I synthetic blend oil last. He was trying to upsell me on a full synthetic. That may work for people that don’t understand cars, I am not that guy. After the oil change, he also tried to tell me that my car had been recalled for issues with oil, which was also another false statement. You need to put into writing on your Groupon that there’s an additional charge for a shop fee. That was not clearly communicated
The car was working fine until the next evening when the check engine light came on. We took it to a mechanic near us, because this location is too far away, and apparently whoever worked on my car at your location forgot to plug a hose in and the car wasn’t getting enough oxygen to mix with the gas. It was right in the very front of the car.

I was told that my vehicle needs speciality oil filter. I was charged $28.99 for speciality filter. But that filter is available retail between 5.99 and 12.99.
Mr.Gabriel helped me out from beginning of checking my car in to the end and handled dealing with my warranty company with grace.

This was our first experience having any work done on either of our vehicles. By far the best price for oil change that I've found. I'd actually purchased a Groupon coupon at this price, when I called for an appt., they said I could cancel the Groupon and offered me the same as on the coupon. Easy to make an appt., oil change took no time at all while I waited, and best of all did all of the work at the price they matched.Very satisfied with the experience.

I got the oil change on Groupon. I wasn’t aware that I needed to make an appointment. The first I went, I ended up leaving because even though no one was there, they wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have a reservation. That’s asinine. I took my sons car in after making an appointment. I had to pay a fee on top of my Groupon. That should be communicated. It wasn’t.
New management did not honor coupon. Rude and defensive management experienced. More professionalism and empathy needed.

I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair. The immediately malfunctioned a few days or weeks after installation but I put off returning it due to my work schedule. I recently brought it in to have it repaired. I was informed the part was no longer installed and likely removed by recent repairs to my vehicle. I took the vehicle to the body shop that did the body repair and informed me it was there but went ahead and replaced it with the part they ordered. When I went to pick up my car they informed I would be charged for the diagnosis. This was not disclosed prior. I paid the fee but was not happy about. Then, as I said my repair shop says that the part was there all along. So, at this point I have concern with the mechanics there.
