My AC WAS SERVICE AND IT HAS NOT WORKED SINCE I LEFT MIDAS AND THEY SAID IT WOULD GET COLD IN A FEW HOURS AFTER THE WORK AND IT HAS BEEN 5 days and my AC IS NOW D BLOWING HOT AC,I NEED IT FIXED

I was asking questions about future services. The customer service representative gave me honest answers about what I needed to do. He told me what Midas was best at for me but was honest about my transmission having to be done by the dealer.

The engine splash shield wasn't put back correctly and became loose. At this point it has been completely damaged and needs to be replaced. I was driving out of state right after this so I couldn't go back to get it fixed. Not cool.

The young man at the counter was more than helpful in describing the service and what would happen in different situations and the costs associated with such. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't exactly tell me where I could wait, so I just chose a room and went in to sit. It did not take them long to work on my truck so I was in and out in 30 mins. I do recommend making an appointment though because I happened to go in on a day when the weather was supposed to be bad so that makes a lot of difference.

The speed and time

I was not blown away by the customer service. It o ly lived up to, but did not exceed, expectations. Especially for me bringing in a high mileage SUV with no working a/c.

The person who helped me was named James. He was very professional and clear about everything they were doing and even made a note about an issue I had that I didn't know about. Was very pleased with the customer service and pricing

My vehicle was brought in quickly and the associate was very help and precise. The repair was completed quicker than advised. I enjoyed the waiting area and was able to walk to have lunch at the nearby restaurants.

The workers should listen to the customers. Yes, I went in for brake services. My ABS and brake light was on. I explained it to the gentleman. He recommended rotators. I tired to tell he that wasn't on my work services from mercedes benz. He said if I didn't get tge rotators it will mess up the brake pads I was needing. So, I went along with it. When I spoke to service person at mercedes dealer, I didn't need rotators. I only needed pads, sensors and brake oil flush. So, I paid extra $800 for something I didn't need and I'm disappointed the gentleman at Midas for taking advantage of me.

James took the time to listen to me about what was happening with my car and gave me options. He showed me what the problem was and it was my choice to repair immediately. Also, another issue was discovered and communicated with me. Overall, I’m so happy I got the recommended repairs. I could feel the difference in my steering right away. I left Midas feeling confident that my vehicle was given a thorough inspection.

I would love to be able to walk in instead of having to make an appointment. Also give the man that came in after me my number😁

Groupon coupon was a bait and switch, they told me that I couldn’t get any other oil change other than full synthetic, I own my car and they can’t dictate what oil I use, classic bait and switch, have a disclaimer if necessary for Cust who opt out pretty simple Now I’m out my money bc I refuse to accept their BS answer, your forcing customers to pay more which is wrong

I thought the price for the service I received was way out of line. I took less than an hour for them to install my provided exhaust system. they were very professional and did an excellent job.

Gilbert was very helpful and explained the information regarding my brake problem and the price.

Stop trying to get extra money that isn't required. This was the third time I've used a Groupon purchased pull change. The 2 precious times, I wasn't told I had to pay a disposal fee. This time, I was. That's not right. Nowhere in the writeup does it say disposal fee is extra or not included.

John did an outstanding job explaining what needed to be done to get my vehicle fixed. Showed me in detail what was done and how they did it to correct another place of business work. I'll definitely be back with my other vehicles if I have any issues and most definitely will not be returning to the last place of business.

The associate at the front was very professional and courteous. I didn't see one u happy employee or customer in the store. The associate explained to me that they didn't have my filter, but they could get it very quickly, which they did.

Manager was super busy but he still took my vehicle in for an oil change without hesitation. I greatly appreciated that because I drove almost 30 minutes to get there. From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted and asked how the staff could be of assistance. The a/c was not cooling and I thought I could be low on freon. The staff explained the services that would be rendered, the costs involved and checked the car while I waited. About 40 minutes later, my car was ready to go.

Was being checked in and the employee answered the phone and I had to wait for two phone calls before he finished. Another "frequent" customer came in and they took care of him before me. Not cool

1. The Service was great. 2. The Price was great.3. The only complaint we have is that service tech left grease residue inside the interior of the car but we cleaned it up its not a dealbreaker.

It was to expensive for the ac compressor. When the compressor only cost from anywhere $199 to $250. I paid $1,500 for the work. I looked up how much the specific part cost and it was nowhere near $900 for a compressor

I went there with an unusual request. Part of the underbody felt lining on my car had come loose and was dragging the ground. Gilbert took care of me in a few minutes. Best service in a long while!
