Appointment was easy to make. Service advisor was very helpful to me. It was comfortable dropping off and picking up.

Dropped my vehicle off after scheduling an appointment for a state inspection online the second time because the first time i did not get a confirmation call. when i dropped it off and the receptionist confirmed all it needed was an inspection i waited 5 days and all that was done was an unneccessary oil change and a fastener for the engine filter housing was broken and one was not even tightened. No call backs to inform me of why it was taking so long or when it was ready even after calling and being told it should be done on the 2 days i called to find out the status. no return call to tell me either way even when i was told they would call me to tell me when its ready.

Mixed opinion-manager seems to work hard, addresses issues; like every place seems understaffed, way too long for an oil change (2 1/4 hrs) and would have taken longer if no complaint. Door not shut so that when I pulled off the passenger side door flew open as I moved into turning lane; last time it was bottom cover not properly fixed. Is the service perfect? no Will I be back? yes because my options are Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey. At least I feel like the workers at Midas are qualified.

had my car inspected..was told I need exhaust work and rear brakes ...price was over $1,000.00 ..called my Dad he said bring car to him...purchased rear brakes at Advance auto for $84.00 took next day to my Dad (who is quite elderly I might add) he put new brakes on ..went under the car checked the exhaust could not find a hole..he started the car..but his hand over exhaust pipe..no sound of leading exhaust....took the car this am to local Exxon...they said exhaust was not leaking and put an inspection sticker on car..so I spent $84.00 for brakes..twice paid the $20.00 for the inspection so.. I bought my Pickup truck in for a muffler replacement. the vehicle sat for more than one day as they needed additional info about the part. I then stated I had a muffler and they said they would install it, but said they would charge me $216.00 for labor. That's excessive and so I decided to not have them do the work. I've had mufflers put on that same vehicle to include them ordering the part and doing the labor for $100.00. I felt offended and being setup to be ripped off. I will never fraternize any Midas establishment, and I conveyed to many friends and family members to stay away from Midas Muffler.

I was in for an inspection on my motorcycle. The inspection was on time and went smoothly. I was out in less than an hour. The customer service rep was very pleasant and provided a quote for some work I need to be done on one of my other vehicles.

I had to get bushings replaced due to it being old and didn't pass state inspection. I am highly disatified on having to pay $1400 when it didn't seem warn out. Other then that I'm good.

i got new tire a few month ago and the front tires tread was wearing kinda weird so i thought i needed an alignment. i waited while they did the alignment. then the lady just check me out and gave me a receipt. i had to ask for the alignment pre and post printout. after i left i looked at it and everything on the pre check was in range and the post check was almost identical. i got charged $100 when i didnt even need an alignment. they should have just chaged a diagnose fee or something. also when i was leaving i noticed that they did not close my hood all the way.

Midas staff is wonderful at communication. My vehicle was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation with an overall check-up. The technician contacted me and explained the issue that were found and gave a realist estimate of time and cost. Very Happy with the overall experience.

Having been using this Midas about 7 years. Have seen some associates come and go but always have had a very satisfied experience from the front customer service, to the manager customer service and the technicians. There were two favorite technicians but one has moved on as well as the best Manager this Midas ever had. I recently met Hannah at the front, missed Roland at the front and I met Chris, new Manger. Still have Chris, the Technician who is familiar with my vehicle...hope he doesn't move on. Midas always recommends what needs to be done and explains in detail the situation, the cost and what will be done with my permission. Really like the text messages regarding updates and pictures showing the issue and the pictures of the results.
