When I went in for oil change and windshield wiper over reach, they also inspected / diagnosed other issues that needed attention and let me know about them. I feel much more confident using my car after Midas attention to the issues that would cause problems down the line. They let me know what needed attention and how much it would cost before I asked them to fix them. They fixed the cracked belt, the signal and brake lights that didn't work, the leaking window washer, power steering, and brake fluids. Love it that I can go there and get everything fixed at one place.
Associate was extremely friendly while maintaining professionalism when scheduling, once there, same service from associates and was taken care of in a timely manner.

I brought the vehicle in for brake inspection and oil change and that service was taken care of but they also notified me of a front end problem they found and actually put it in the rack and actually showed me the problem long story short there was definitely a problem there and it has been there for quite some time as I have had it in at other service centers and they had replaced this and that but after picking the vehicle up and driving it . I believe the loose wondering problem that has plagued this truck for a long time has finally been repaired. The steering feels tight and no loose feeling in the front end , Good job !!

I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car that caused the steering to be off and make noises when I turned. The team at Midas were quick, through and very friendly throughout my experience. They quickly found the issue and were able to repair it same day! They also provided a driving service to take myself and my infant to our house to wait so we were not stuck in the shop. I will happily go for more services.
The techs are interested and concerned about my observations of our Focus. They then test drove it and ascertained an issue that they were able to fix before it became a bigger problem. They do the work efficiently, professionally and in the time estimated. I am pleased to be a customer.

I went in thinking I had an appointment. Turns out I made an appointment with another place and Midas took my car in anyways and fixed it in a very timely manner! I definitely will only use midas from here on out.
I was having custom shocks installed and was using the factory coil over spring. Josh explained the cost and time it would take to complete and everything was within what he stated. Midas in casper has always been my go to shop for things that either I can’t do or don’t have time for. The quality of work is top notch.

I called to schedule my oil change and I mentioned I had a coupon for a $37 conventional oil change and tire rotation. After all was said and done, I was charged $75!!! I had a cranky kid since we were there for a while with only two open seats to sit, and one of them was taken already. So I needed to get out of there and I paid and then thought about it and that’s insane that I was charged so much
They do what they say they will do and when they will do it-kind of rare in today's society.
I was without transportation because you took so long then you didn't fix my car right and it ran out of oil and almost messed up my engine. I brpught it back in and it took several days again and what was wrong with it was that it wasn't fixed right to begin with. When I got it back someone must have been mad because the top cover was cracked and 3 of the hinges were broke so you had to replace it. My son picked it up and we put it back on ourselves. That could have cost us our lives and destroy our car. I would like a refund. The other thing you told me needed to be fixed was going to cost $1500.00 dollars didn't even have a problem. I had someone else check everything out. Just because I am an old lady doesn't mean you can treat me like that. I work at a place which has a LOT of seniors, and we certainly share experiences.

Don't drain my oil and not replace it or make sure what you fixed works. When the oil warning came on that said turn off engine I was on outer drive. I couldn't pull over. I couldn't turn my car off and walk. I am 71 and cannot walk because I don't have any oil.

My wife was told that she needed new tires because there was a nail in an area that could not be repaired, but they did not offer to put the spare in place of the damaged tire till we could bring it back in for new tires.

Midas in Casper has been taking care of our vehicles for a long time. They are always friendly and helpful. On this particular service we were told that the AC condenser was leaking and that it may be under warranty so we checked on that and it was. Some companies would have said we would need to fix it and charge for it. But honesty in this business goes a long way. So thanks Josh, Joe and Louann.
