I was asked if I preferred synthetic or normal oil with the change. The condition of the oils in the transfer case and the rear differential were explained.

The work on my car was well done. The mechanic’s drive test drive before and after we’re a great determiner in diagnosing the wheel bearing problem and solution. I take my car to Midas whenever I have a big issue and have always been satisfied with the service I have received.

I received excellent service. My questions were answered in detail. The price was quoted for the service I requested immediately and before the work began so there were no surprises later. I would highly recommend this company since the person at the desk was so friendly and helpful. The random fees that I was charged and on top of that charged twice. The fact that an associate broke a clip to my transmission line and blue transmission fluid all over the place and had me broke down on the side of a highway with three kids in my car. The fact that they were going to charge me to get my car towed because of a mistake they made. They made no attempt to get me a reasonable size loner.

The service was terrible.Saying we didn't tell the truth about it and said We had made the damage to the glove box.We had not touched the glove box to fix the heater.We taken it in twice and it worked for a week and now it needs fixed again as the heater isn't working AGAIN.The computer on the car said it is the 08.But we are women and they fill like they can talk down to us as if we don't know what we are talking about.We have paid over six hundred dollars to get it fixed and still not working.
