My daughter came in the change her front turning light. She didn't need an appointment. They fixed it quickly and so cheap.

Work is great. A little suspicious after getting bill. 
I do all my own work. Some things like emissions tests and safety inspections (vehicle transfer) I am not allowed to do. I used to go to Grant's Petro Canada (Drew's & Sandy's father) before Midas opened. Last time I got a quote; I was surprised that the bill was higher because of parts and environmental fees. No parts were changed during the safety inspection. I called and asked what parts were changed and was told none but the government required those charges. If those charges were required, shouldn't they have been in the quote? It wasn't much money and I really don't care about the money but why not be totally honest with the customer. For most people, they will gladly pay because they don't really know enough about cars so they have to trust someone. I always try to support local business.

Honest, long-term investment in customer service
We've driven many older vehicles over the years. Lou and the rest of the Bradford shop got to know those cars well as they repaired the many ills that come with the territory. Recently our van needed yet more work, and Lou pulled us aside and said that he didn't feel right about doing any more work on it, even though he would have been much richer had he kept patching it. We took his advice and now he will only get oil changes for many years until the new car warranty runs out. Oh - and my deep respect and loyalty. Thanks!

I just want to say a huge thank you for your help with my husband's car. After getting a astomonical quote from another shop we went to Midas they got it up on the hoist right away and gave us a reasonable quote. I am sure they were very busy that day but they still took the car and fixed it for us and even came and picked me up so that I could go and pick up the car. They stayed open just that little bit longer to help out a person in need. We will be back. Thank you again for everything!

Appreciate the Honesty!
Our car is reaching the end of its life with us and we don't want to have to put too much more $$ into it. I took it in because I was questioning some play in the steering. The mechanic found no problem with it after a thorough inspection and instead of charging me a bunch of $$ in unnecessary parts and labour they reassured me. So great to know an honest mechanics shop. Thanks for the awesome experience Midas! We'll tell our friends, and we'll be back! :)
