The Service was amazing. Natalie was so sweet, and very understanding. She was able to quickly help us, and work with us to get the car fixed. She was nice enough to help us with coupons, and save us money. Its this kind of service that makes you stay with Midas. I plan to stay with this Midas.

Very Satisfied
No matter who works on my vehicles, I seem to always be very happy at this particular Midas. I receive honest answers to my questions and the service is great. It starts at the top with Jenny. She really knows her job and is very professional. There is a vibe in this place that tells me the employees are happy. I recommend this service center to anyone that asks me where to take their cars.

Felt very at home...greeted warmly, 1X per year oil change explained well due to my low mileage, felt like my car was in good hands...close to stuff to do so you don't sit around and twiddle your thumbs.

They kept my Beetle from bugging out!
I drove in (very loudly) on a Sunday afternoon, and found out my catalytic converter had bitten the dust. They were able to get the part delivered and installed very quickly, all in the space of a couple of hours. Great communication and friendly staff who went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.

They have been servicing my Infinity for a few years now. Today was the latest where I was a walk in to take a look at what I suspected was a wheel bearing. They diagnosed, checked with my extended warranty ordered part and fixed it. All in about 1 1/2 hours. Fair, honest, fast, excellent work. Jenny and Natalie and everyone else I've dealt with there is great!!thanks again to Gurnee Midas team!

Went to Midas for estimate. They provided three estimates depending on how far I wanted to take the repair. Due to age of car I chose the least expensive one. They provided the proper repair with no hesitation and had it done within 2 hours. Will go back to Midas Gurnee if/when needed.

I went in to get my muffler fixed. It cost less than any other place and it was done in less than two hours. It was busy, but the front staff were very nice and knowledgable. I passed my emissions test and I've had no problems.

An oil change is probably not the most exciting thing that's going to happen during your day, nor should it be. The Gurnee Midas changed my oil and rotated my tires quickly, professionally and at a fair price. If I'm allowed to slam a competitor, a much better experience than Car-X.

I've gone to this Midas for 15 years off and on. I visited a few times since they changed owners for different reasons and I'm so happy with them. They're extremely knowledgable, very honest and the service is excellent! I will never go anywhere else and will also spread the word to my family and friends!

I described a problem to the team which was not easy to describe or characterize the symptoms of the issue but the team was able to locate the source of the issue and resolve it. My first visit to this Midas location was a great experience overall. I not only had my car repaired for a fair price but the Mgr. Steve was very nice and took the time to explain what the repair would entail and gave me several options. New Management - we'll see how it goes
Over the years, I've trusted more than just brakes and shocks to Midas and have been very happy with the service and price. Recently I noticed I didn't recognize anyone at the counter and this was because they are now under new management. I trusted the guys I dealt with for many years, I'll need to see how it goes as I attempt to rebuild this trust. Normally for the courtesy check I get a printout of all areas, I did not get it this time. The fix I went in for was done without issue.
