Honest Service
I was told by Grossinger Toyota during a routine oil change that my brake pads needed replacing ASAP. I'm so glad I went to Midas for a second opinion. Jerry at Midas measured exactly how much I had left on my pads and estimated I had at least 5,000 miles before they would need any service. He had his mechanic take it for a test drive just to be sure everything was working properly. Jerry (and Midas) have a customer for life. Thanks for being an honest company. I will definitely be back for all of my routine maintenance.

I went to MIDAS experiencing a problem with my brakes. . The manager explained price packages and they got started. Out of different quotes I had received, MIDAS was definitely more reasonable. The demeanor of the manager was pleasant. He went out of his way to help us. He was patient, courteous and understanding. He showed us the new parts to be installed and when asked about the old parts, he, in a professional and patient manner, he obliged, with NO hint of attitude or issue visibly seen. Albeit closing time was approaching, they continued to deliver in a proficient manner which was and is greatly appreciated. I WILL return there for further repairs even with another vehicle and YES, I would RECOMMEND this location to family/friends and colleagues. THIS LOCATION ONLY. Competence in one’s field says a lot. Patience is good, that is, not being rushed, you will intercept the feeling that what can be done is being done. But professionalism is what keeps them returning with loyalty!

Top of the line
I’ve been looking for a fast, convenient , and dependable place to get my car fixed. I got my brakes done and that went well, I had a couple of oil changes and that was fine, but the store on Milwaukee have me everything I really want - and they were friendly and went the extra mile to expo everything to me. I felt at home at this location and I will be returning often.

Great service with replacing my flex pipe of my exhaust system
The manager Jerry and rep Giovanni and rest of the staff were great with their service toward me on Nov 14th of this month, when I came in for flex pipe replacement. I was very thrilled with their service. I would highly recommend this Midas location to my family and friends.

Barba was very helpful, I have an older car, he understood I was interested in fixing the most important issue and they did just that. The fee was reasonable and the problem was fixed. Again, he was helpful and pleasant.

Great service today for Battery Check
I had a great experience with my scheduled service today for Battery Check. The Service Attendant Jerry was very helpful and courteous toward me. The mechanic techs also did a great job with checking my battery and fixed the issue for me as well. Everything was explained to me and handled professionally.

Car Repair for Water pump and new thermostat and relay fuses replacement
Joe at Midas, the Manager there, did an amazing job on my car and his mechanic Danny was just as amazing. They work patiently on my car and got it back on the road with excellent results. My engine was over heating and they diagnosed it as being a damaged leaking water pump and blown relay fuses to the fan of the radiator. They worked on the vehicle tirelessly, until it was all completed and fully operational again. They added new wiring for the alternator and put a brand new water pump kit w/ timing belt and thermostat in as well as new relay fuses for radiator fan. They even fixed my broken door handle to the driver' side front door. My car runs warm and over heating engine problem solved. No longer overheating. Yayyy!!! I'm thoroughly impressed by their dedicated work. Joe the Manager gave me a great deal on the job as well. He's the best. Highly, highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs. I'll definitely be going to them for all my auto care needs from now on for sure. smile

Tire saver!!!
Joe did an extent job helping me out with my flat tire. He is a grate worker because, even do he was by him self fixing cars and answering phone calls. He was all the time helpful and with a good actitud. Thank you Joe for getting me in and fixing my tire problem at the moment.

My Service Visit Today, 929/17
I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received today from Joe the Service Manager and staff at this Midas shop today. They were very, very professional and courteous toward me and me feel like a VIP customer. I had some replacement parts installed for brake and fuel lines and ******** an oil change as well. I was given a new battery due previous purchased one tested bad at only half the charge amps needed to work, I had not drove my vehicle for a few months, because of break lines leakage issued. This was resolved today of course by the staff at Midas today. Joe the Service Manager such a gentleman and made sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive it home, after having one of his service techs to test drive it. The new brake lines and ******** that were installed today had to be tested for safety and it passed with flying colors. I was also given a brand new battery as well, that was due to the previous one purchased back in Jan 2017 testing bad but was still under warranty. I had the best experience today at this location, because of Joe and his staff. I would highly recommend them to any friends and family of mine. Kudos gentlemen!!!!!!!!!!

my car was broken down it was raining I was late for work one morning after waiting an hour and a half for a tow truck to arrive I was towed to midas . The guy up front his name was Joe was very helpful he explain to me exactly what the issue was with my car . The technicians work on my car together they had me up and going back to work in no time not to mention the coffee and donuts that were waiting for me in the morning (nice touch Midas) you guys at niles really took care of me . I will definitely be referring this place to everybody I know

Came in for an estimate. Received a quick response. Muffler repair completed in a couple of hours. Keith, the man who took care of us was wonderful and so was the person who completed the repairs. My vehicle runs great now. Would highly recommend this Midas Muffler. Thanks guys. Great job.
