I love going to Midas for all my car needs. As a women it can be daunting going to different mechanics but Midas is different! They have great communication and they don’t make me feel dumb which is very appreciated. They also have a dog in the waiting room which makes the visits so so much better!

Man, I don’t know you’re putting me on the spot right now I’ve been going to this Midas for like I don’t know six years now. They just tell me upfront What needs to be done and how much it’s going to take the prices are fair and the work is typically completed in a timely manner. That’s all I got couldn’t ask for more.
They are extremely help full and provide good service.
Work was done on a Saturday so I didn't have to wait until next week. Parts were replaced and work was explained. Cost was decent for work done.

One thing that tend to be more expensive than expected is the amount charged for Shop supplies, if we compare with other garage. I also realized there was a mistake in the size of the tires installed on my car and I will get back to the garage tomorrow.

This Midas has been servicing my car for many years .I always leave feeling myself and family will be in a safe car .They often do extra work without charging extra and giveme honest advice even if it doesn’t benefit them .I have owned cars for almost 60 years and struggled to a garagethat is both honest and competent and that is what this Midas is .
Booked an appointment for brakes for next day.Got me in and took a little over 2 hours. It was my first time using midas and was expecting to be without my car for atleast 2 or 3 days while waiting on the right brakes to be ordered based on other shops
When I booked online, they called me back within 5 minutes of booking to confirm. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. As someone who is not well versed on cars, staff communicated what rhey were doing and price very effectively! Thank you Midas staff! I will be back

Quick and efficient service.
I dropped in with a suspected wheel balance problem and the shop was able to take my vehicle in right away. In no time they were able to tell me that the wheel that I suspected as the problem was out of balance and asked if I wanted the others checked. I said yes and it ended up that 3 of 4 were slightly out. The service was great, the price was reasonable, and my problem was solved in under an hour. I'm a happy customer.
It was very easy to check in and drop my car off. The location is great as I could walk to other stores while waiting for my car. They also had a very friendly dog in the waiting room which was great!

I tried to book an appointment online as I saw a deal for oil change @ $39.99. I got an email saying someone would reach out to me in 30 mins to confirm my appointment but no one reached out. I called the store to see if the appointment would be confirmed, they said yes it was confirmed but the email didn't send out. If I didn't call I would have no way of knowing whether to show up or not. When it was time to pay for my oil change, the price given to me was $90+. I said "I thought there was a deal and it was less than that" the man typed on his computer for a few minutes without saying anything and then said "$73.30" I was frustrated and I could tell this guy was not going to have a conversation with me so I paid it but I will not be back and will tell everyone to not come here because pricing is not as advertised and nothing on the bill is explained to you and doesn't make sense when reading it...
From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. From communication even with some states down it was prompt. They even got my vehicle in sooner then expected and made sure my vehicle was safe to travel with. Staff was friendly and took the extra time to make sure they didn’t miss anything and even looked for things that I should pay attention to down the line.

The Fredericton location is the only place I trust to not get taken advantage of for being a woman when it comes to replacements, parts etc. They're honest and do not try to scam you. Scamming unfortunately is far to common in auto shops.

We originally ask for our air filter to be changed too as the dealership recommended it my last oil change. The employee showed us how it looked and recommended we wait as it was still basically new. Thus saved us money and show a high level of integrity. I will absolutely return here.

I appreciate honesty. I’ve been to a few different auto service locations and you always hear the local shops have the most down to earth service and they don’t rip you off. That is not the case in the city I live which is not that big. It’s like if the service advisors didn’t know you then your not worth their time. Like asking a question ruined their day. But they were close to my apartment so I went there. Every time they were finished they never called to tell me my car was done. So I went to Midas. I have nothing but a positive experience every time I’ve gone. This is my go to place now. I’m through with local shops. Your training for your employees has paid off as your service advisors are wonderful and I’m not shy to ask a question thinking it’ll ruin their day. Thank you Midas.
