Disappointed
I’ve been going to this Midas for years and loved the great service I’ve received over the years. I have to say though the last handful of times I’ve gone in there is stuff overlooked and once was misdiagnosed. For instance this last trip I wanted my oil changed, tires rotated and air put in my tires. The tech clearly didn’t rotate my tires and I have doubts if he added air to them. I know it’s small but when I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences lately after years of being a loyal customer, I’m starting to consider going to a new shop for my car maintenance. Regards, Steve
