I asked for a synthetic blend oil change and they performed a full synthetic oil change. The price was double what I was expecting.

It was the first time I went to a shop and they did not mention anything about the oil leak my car has been experiencing.

Charged $80 to change batteries in key fobs - $25 per battery + $30 labor

Never had a problem with my struts or it leaking. They wanted me to get a card and pay more than $2000 and they put 5w 30 oil instead of 5w 20

Paid twice what an oil change usually costs me AT THE SAME MIDAS. Given a nonsense explanation for the increase in cost (difference "velocity" of oils-I think this expert meant "viscosity"). Also was charge for installation of wiper blades-something any NAPA or Auto Zone, etc. will do for FREE) despite the fact that other services were being performed and that installing wiper blades takes all of one minute. No adjustment or other customer satisfaction attempt was offered when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I've been a customer here for YEARS with several cars. I don't know if this shop is under new management or what but something sure changed. I won't be back and I have already recommended to a coworker that their scheduled appointment be cancelled.

The staff was friendly and honest. They told me I did not need a service that my dealer had quoted over 2,000. I would highly recommend this location to my family and friends. I know they will be in honest hands, with excellent service.

The staff were phenomenal. They were professional, friendly, and timely. The man at the counter actually changed my oil because he didn’t want me to wait too long (another staffers were working on other cars). The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I will go back for other services.

$300 for break pads seems pretty overpriced. I also had two separate things done and they wouldn't accept a coupon for each - only one coupon total. Now had I had the two repairs done on separate days, then both coupons would have been accepted. I could totally understand only the best coupon applying to a single job but that wasn't the case in this instance. It's a small thing really - like $25 on a $1000 bill, but it makes me less trusting of the establishment overall.

Service was fine except for 2 things. I told them I had a new car over the phone when I made my app't and was still told that the 19.99 advertised coupon price would hold, however when I went to pick it up the price was 70 something. They did credit the difference but were quite condescending that I didn't know that my new car needed synthetic oil. Seeing as they knew that it was new ahead of time they should have explained that to me prior to the service, not after.
