The waiting was TERRIBLE do to the drastic heat and poor ventilation/cooling.. The discomfort was barely tolerable to where I was more comfortable outside, the kind Associate sure helped the process cruise, I did nothing but signed, thanked, and complained about the waiting/working environment. Great Work though Crew!!

The person that changed my oil. Lost the washer when tightening the oil pan. When I got home. Oil starts dripping. I have to take out the oil and bought the washer. Put it on myself!!!

My 95 Honda Civic was having brake issues, so as I always do I took it to my local Midas for repair. I was greeted by a nice young lady at the counter who took my info. Shortly thereafter I got a call from Leon who explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. At some point, the parts supplier sent over the wrong rear brake controller arms which put everything behind schedule. But management put the techs on overtime to finish the job because I was promised that the Honda would be done by the end of the day. I really appreciated that. I was shown the worn out and damaged parts which I also appreciated. The following day I noticed that the car pulled a bit to the left. So I took it back. The issue was immediately addressed. The owner of the shop even took me to work. I thought that was really great! As it turned out, all the Honda needed was a wheel alignment and a tire rotation which was provided as a courtesy. I rate this shop 5 Stars for service, quality, and price. For me? It's a shop I can count on and when I need car care, I rely on Leon and his crew. Thanks everyone!
