I purchased a Midas muffler some years ago and when the exhaust brackets failed on my car the inspection was free and replacing tv he muffler was included . I just paid for the labor and broken parts. The muffler deal is great.

I was very satisfied, my only concern was getting more options for alternatives for the repairs for my car, but I know that there’s not always more options.

Originally my car was to be towed to another repair company but when I discovered they were closed till the end of February I asked the tow truck driver if there was another shop he would recommend. He said Midas on Ohio Street, they were family owned and it’s where he took his vehicles, so mine was towed there. The Midas people were very friendly and prompt in getting back to me to give me an estimate of charges, and when they had to revise the expense as they discovered more had to be dealt with. They also bundled the labor costs because of overlap on work. Overall they were very friendly and helpful.

We have brought our vehicles to this location for several years. This team has a terrific manager and always provide us with exceptional service!

I made an online appointment the same day. I was contacted promptly when they opened that my first choice wasn’t available but offered another time slot and I was able to bring it in that day. The car was done in about an hour. Cory was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change as well as a request for a new alternator. I explained that there were issues with the battery light intermittently coming on, and shutting off. I suggested that I thought the alternator was starting to go out. However when I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up it was stated to me that the alternator was not changed out and that they ran a diagnostic on the alternator and it was fine. When I asked the assistant manager what he thought may be the issue he stated “a deeper electrical issue.” I asked what he meant by “deeper electrical issue”, however just repeated it. I asked if they test drove the vehicle to come up with the battery light, he stated no. Since he would not give me any more details about the possibility of what else could be happening, I asked if they would do a full electrical check on the vehicle, and he stated that they don’t do that. When I inquired about shops around town that might do that kind of work and who he’d suggest, he stated the he doesn’t know any shops to suggest. Pretty disappointed in the assistant manager and the $250 tab that came with an oil change and a “diagnostic check”.

I really appreciate the manager, Cory. He is consistently respectful, pleasant, calm and thorough in explaining things to me. I don't feel as if he's taking advantage of me so I keep coming back again and again. Thank you, Cory!

Corey does an excellant job communicating the issues with my vehicles.

They were able to get me in when I requested, they were fast to service my vehicle, they always tell me if something comes up such as an issue with a light that has gone out or balding tires, etc, they are always so courteous to me and other customers.
