Even though my scheduled appointment was 11:00am, I arrived 30 minutes early and they worked on my vehicle right away.

I liked going to Midas to get my car fixed.

I bring all 3 of my vehicles here snd this time I was charged a lot more than in the past and don’t know why the people are friendly was fairly quick with service just disappointed with the cost

I received a coupon in the mail for $24.99 for oil change that was supposed to include tire rotation and other items. When I presented the coupon I was told it couldn't be honored because the price of oil went up right after the coupons were mailed out. The coupon was good until July. I've never had a coupon not be honored because the price of something going up... it was really weird. So instead of $25 it went to $40. I then said I'd like the brake inspection and tire rotation that was supposed to be included and then was told that would be extra. I said on the coupon it's included and that had nothing to do with the price of oil. I was then told labor went up too. So I said forget it and just do the oil change. I guess I feel if a coupon goes out it should be honored. I've told this story to several people now and they feel it's a little ridiculous as well. Not good advertising.

Ordered part prior to appointment, flexible, did what they said they would do at the quoted price. Felt comfortable to have them do a few other things without asking price, professional.
