The tire tread insurance saved me so much money on two new tires to replace those that I previously purchased at Midas that got unfixable damage to them - it was amazing!
My son's car broke down and was towed to Midas. I called the next morning and was spoke to Jeff, who was very friendly and helpful. I needed the tow receipt sent to me to submit to for insurance reimbursement, and he was helpful in finding it and sending a copy immediately. He understood what the Jeep needed and was thorough in his explanations of repairs parts and cost. I appreciate that he also sent text messages with photos detailing the car's status. I had a 9 AM appointment and my car went in at 9 as scheduled.
The counter person, Chris was extremely helpful and answered every concern I have regarding my visit. His service was outstanding, and I would recommend Midas to anyone.
I had a serious mechanical problem on my morning commute. They got me in that day to diagnose the problem and fixed a number of issues the next day.
I was highly satisfied with the staff on this experience! I brought in a flat tire during busy tire season, and they were able to squeeze me in, allowing me to still take my kids out of town for our planned weekend, which made me very happy and which I was incredibly grateful. They really saved the weekend for my kids and I! But because of my previous experience overall with Midas, and the fact that I had to pay for a new tire without having been informed ahead of time, left me less than "Highly Satisfied" overall. I get that the tire was unrepairable, and I accept that, but I was not informed about this before it was done. I would have said to go for it, but I would have appreciated a quick phone call to let me know that was the case. I do get that I had told them that I was in a hurry, and that they may have chosen to just do the tire swap for me without calling first, to speed things up, and if that's the case I do appreciate it, but next time I would prefer a quick call to let me know the status of what's happening so I don't show up and be asked to pay $188 when not mentally prepared for it.
They offered a loaner car when they knew they wouldn't be able to look at my car right away. Also, good communication and work.

Great Experience! Was able to get an exact match for the front tires I was replacing because I wanted it to match the back tires that are 2 month old. They squeezed me in for a next day appointment. I went in for an oil change. I was told that the rear brakes would not pass inspection, I should replace them immediately. Oh and I needed to replace the muffler too. My car has 30,000 miles. As luck would have it, my annual inspection was at the dealer the following day. Did I pass? Of course, because there was nothing wrong with my car!
Not sure. Came in w radiator leak ( I thought) and told manifold etc.. then told >$5k to fix, so gave car to charity. Then my invoice was $900 or so. Go figure.

I have one weekday off each week. I do all my appointments, errands and shopping on that day. What is the point in making an appointment if they are not going to respect the customers time? if I had not gone up to the counter (30 minutes past my scheduled time) to ask why they had not started working on my car, then, when would they have brought it into the shop? It ended up being okay because they got me out within the hour. Although, they did not send me the safety checklist. They did say they did not see any problems.
This is the best car service. While I o occasionally go elsewhere due to schedule, my number 1 place will always be here. From Kyle to the technicians, you make me feel like I belong.
