Travis and Emery went all out to make sure I received the proper items and due care and attention to my new car.

The staff were, polite, efficient, explained what was going on with my vehicle. The establishment was clean & tidy.

I took it for a maintenance check and it took over 6 hours to do the necessary repairs they had t o do because of staff shortages. The manager had to do some of the repairs.

Not their fault ... delivery of specific parts causds a delay. Managed by Midas as well as possible to catch up .

I waited for my vehicle and watched the customer interactions over a few hours and was extremely impressed with the professionalism shown and helpfulness of the staff. Time. My car was there for 6hours for tires and simple maintenance . I expected it to be done and ready for me by the time I was off work. But had to stay an extra 50mins waiting...

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change, however they didn’t rotate my tires. They did not inform me that it wasn’t done, I just noticed when I got home. The appointment was also 5 hours long, which seemed excessive for an oil change. I called and left a voicemail once I noticed and no one called me back.

Professional service

I had my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation and an inspection. They came back and pointed out some major problems in which I was unaware of.

Nicole was honest with me. She went out of her way to ensure I got top notch service. She’s sincere, honest and is a person of integrity.

Did not appreciate the hard sell on many many additional services, none of which were the reason for my visit.

My Jeep was brought in and it took 2 months to resolve the issue. Majority of the time the jeep was not in the shop it sat in the parking lot. Other vehicles that they could make more money on were worked on instead of the jeep. At least be honest and not tell the customer you are working on the vehicle when you aren't. Finally the jeep had to be taken to Dodge to identify issue. Then it sat for another week not being worked on.

If there’s a deal for $40 oil change and tire rotation make sure you only charge $40 and also rotate the tires

This was my first time I was at Midas and I was very impressed with the way I was looked after

Appointment time not honoured. Two hour wait from appointment time before diagnosis. Interruption of service for unexplained reason leading to further delay. Seem to be over booked. Bumped because others were able to come sooner.

The service was fast , I got my car back the same day.

Wrong vehicle part ordered

I was told to bring my vehicle in between 9-5 I was there at 9:00 but no one told me that they would have my car ALL day to me that does not respect my time and that it isn’t valuable. Other than that I thought the service was fine even 9 to noon or 1 to 4 I would be happy with but the whole day when no pick up service is offered no that is just not acceptable

Better detail on the service order details would be good. Ability to explain what was done on the vehicle at pick up is appreciated, especially when you're taking a $3000 payment. Ability to provide a refund back to a Visa card when that was the method of payment.
