Service is always consistent

Couldnt fix my tire as the puncture was in the wall which is understandable. They put on the spare for me, and still charged me $50. You think for a returning customer they would have waived that fee. Otherwise I would have put my own spare on. It also took all day.

Antonio was very honest with the pricing. He was quick to help and advise. Turn around time was quick.

Not gonna lie I left really frustrated after this experience. Why say over the phone a tire change will take roughly an hour and then after I drop off my car it’ll be 8 hours? On top of that, the price I was charged was nearly $100 more than what I was told over the phone. Lastly, I got the text saying to pick my car up at 4pm - and the text said to come by 4:30pm. Without a vehicle how can you expect someone to arrive in 30 minutes? I can’t even transit in that time. Overall very frustrated and disappointed, especially considering how great my first experience was with this branch!

Price increase and service decrease. No more complimentary check with an oil change. Those 2 reasons are why we will not continue to use Midas for our business fleet.

"I never got a call back when my car was ready for pickup. They claimed they texted me but I never recieved a text. Why couldn't they just call me like they did when they called me about the quote? Also, the new muffler still had the plastic wrapping and shipping label on it after it was installed on car. I had to try to remove as much of it as possible myself."

I get all my service done there and am generally happy. This past visit, I dropped off my truck at 7am and it wasn't finished until just after 4pm. Even though I dropped it off, I would expect it completed by 3pm, at the latest. Great people there and I trust them w/ all the work.

I did not get a call back when my car was ready. I had to phone myself at 4pm and they told me they texted me at 12:30pm. I did not receive a text. When I picked up my car and ask the associate to phone me next time, she acted indifferent. Why wasn't I phoned when my car was ready?

Prices have gone up to the point where there's no difference between having my service done at the dealership vs Midas. Once upon a time, Midas provided better value and better service than dealerships. Now, I'm not so sure about that. A real shame.
