The staff are really charismatic and caring. I like that. Prices are significantly higher than other locations near me. I keep going back to Midas because they have all my service records (I frequented Midas when I lived in Canada so I felt confident selecting Midas in the US). $46 for an oil change is crazy - and I was told that this was the sale/deal price, a compliment for my loyalty. I just got a flyer in the mail for a $19.99 oil change from Evan's tire, so I feel like I paid over double. Oil change took 50 minutes, with an appointment. All staff looked busy, but this is just consistent with this location, can't get out in much under an hour. I noticed driving home yesterday that the door to my dash storage was busted, a piece of plastic broken off, and a loose spring. I should have turned around, but I had an appointment to get to and didn't say anything. I'm pretty sure something happened at Midas, as it is an eyesore that I don't think I could have missed earlier in the day. I would have hoped that if they broke something in my car they would have told me about it. All in all, I'm not sure if this is the best place for me, considering cost and service time. Techs are great!
