if a customer presents a coupon your refusal to accept it makes them feel like you lack empathy. I presented a coupoin upon pickup and the associate just ignored it and did not accept the coupon. I will no longer bring my car ever again to midas.

Quick and easy scheduling . Reasonable price
Every time I have came in for my oil change they have been very helpful and nice. The last time I went in they didn't put my oil plug in correctly and it was leaking oil. They took my car right back and fixed it. This time they did such a great job. Always very nice and answered any questions I had!

Called in to see if there was a wait for an oil change. Came in with my ride waiting, only to be told that they will not honor my $19.99 oil change coupon that i had. Black male up front told me the best they could do was give me $10 off of a $59.99 oil change. I always got a sythetic blend oil change with my $19.99 coupon but he refused to help me. I left and I am going elsewhere for all of my oil changes. Please stop sending me coupons in the mail if you are not going to honor them

I had trouble getting an appointment. Once I set the appointment the service guy called me and said I needed a different day, which was 3 days later. The appointment part of the web experience isn't working right. Once at the shop everything was taken care of in a timely manner, getting me out in less than an hour and all fluids were topped up. I especially liked that no one tried to "up-sell" any additional services.
I was surprised that the brake job was more expensive than the dealer. I was on a conference call when I took the call for the cost. I only went forward because I wanted it done. My warning lights for oil change and tire remain on and weren't reset
Went in for a 29.99 oil change was told the filter was separate which is NOT what the promotion was on the website was told I needed a cabin air filter as well which was fine but was also told a different price. Being in a hurry I slid my card but they wouldn’t provide me with a receipt there… they said they had to email it which my wife got and called and told me they charged me 49.99 for the oil change that was supposed to be 29.99.
Unfortunately the gentleman that took my vehicle in, w did not last and he forgot to apply my Military discount. Also I brought my truck in on a Monday and it was supposed to be done by end of day Tuesday. I did not get my truck back until Friday early afternoon.

We have been going to Midas for years. They are always friendly, professional and honest. We have never felt like they try to upscale us. They are very matter of fact when something additional needs to be done. They also give us an update as to what’s going to be sort of the next visit so we are prepared.

The owner Ron of Midas was very friendly and very helpful. He was really nice to talk to. Him and my husband joked around back and forth to each other. Until I noticed that he didn't said to me. They didn't checked the car thoroughly. They just did visual inspection in 15 minutes and came back with the keys. Paying $70 is not worth at all.
