Very nice and honest

I mean, it's was an expensive job. The job was done well, and they even threw in some free radiator fluid. So all in all, highly satisfied with the job that was done, I'm just a little bummed about the cost. Which likely would have been the same anywhere I went.

Both Allen and Collin were very helpful during the whole repair process. They handled our questions in a timely manner and worked with our insurance company quickly.

I had a wonderful experience at the Glenwood store recently. I use to use them back in the day but stopped a few years back to do issues with the manager. I was recently in a bind and was forced to call them as my brakes were grinding and everyone else was 2 weeks out. So I called and talked with Cullen and so happy I did. Instantly I could tell there customer service at the counter improved and his quote was roughly $200 cheaper than my other quotes and same day service. Once I arrived still skeptical and nervous of running into the old staff I realized they are no longer there but to my great surprise Allen an old store manager is back in Glenwood. I had dealt with him many time in the past and built a great trust for his advice on our family vehicles. Its great to have him back and appears he has hired a winning staff and business appears to be turning back around. Good for them and happy to have it as this town needs some reasonable and honest businesses.
