Complete an accurate diagnosis! When I came in I clearly asked for a diagnosis. I gave Ms. Pearl a full description of my problems. After waiting a few hours they explained to me what the problems were in my vehicle. I was told I needed an intake manifold, fuel filter, some brake wheel speed sensor, some ignition coils, and some other small service. They took two days to complete. When I called to follow up, Ms. Pearl said I need a new water pump…. after they replaced the intake manifold??? When they complete everything, Ms. Pearl has the nerve to say I need a new transmission. I just spend over 3000 and my car is still not running well! I was told I had time to fix this issue my car was running fine! I got into an accident yesterday because my transmission jumped on me while I was at a light. I’m so upset, disappointed and sad! I feel like I was taken advantage of. I’m now broke and can’t move around still!!!

I went for the comprehensive diagnostic, but after getting a second opinion, they identified more that could be fixed in less time for free at a lower price. I think that the diagnostic process should be improved and the prices lowered.
