Dar and Ben were very professional and courteous to me. They managed to assess my vehicle and make the necessary repairs right then and there. Although I had to wait several hours, it was necessary that my vehicle be safe to drive. I am highly satisfied with the repairs Ben made, and my car sounds a lot better and is running smoothly!

The Tech-Ben and the reception was very nice and helpful. However, there is no appointment for safety inspection, ended up waiting for 3 hours. Then Ben told me the rear window tint was too dark. Had been there for past 3 years and no problem. Ben pointed me to a tint shop. Went there, had tint removed, by Midas was closed. Had to come back and wait another 3 hours for inspection to be done. Midas must not value our time.
Staff was friendly and communicated with me the time-line of when my vehicle would be ready.
I just put a bumper on my car and in 2 weeks it’s already coming off. I called again and they said to bring it in another time and that I would have to pay again for something they messed up.

I was expecting the conventional oil change but synthetic oil oil change was done. Just surprised at the final higher price I had to pay. I guess I did not emphasize in the beginning that I wanted the conventional oil.
I walked in with no appointment and was helped that day. My car was done by 2pm.

Thomas at the Wahiawa location, was sent from above. I was a woman in need of a good mechanic. Needed a used car looked over before I purchased and did title transfer/outdated reg and saftey. I went to this Midas to have my Honda Odyssey's brakes checked because of squeaking sounds when the brakes were pressed. Because this was just a walk in, the Service Adviser there told me exactly how long I had to wait, what to expect when I was called after the brake inspections. In the end, they found my brakes were still in good working conditions, so, no brake installation was needed. My vehicle was thus discharged free. Very honest workers who did not try to make unnecessary work and charges.
Even when I let them know that i was running late tot he appointment they were too kind as to let me know that it was ok even if I had to leave it overnight. Which I didn't have to. They were great at customer service andmaintenance.
When I was told the pricing of the work on my car, I assumed it was largely for the part which needed to be ordered. Upon looking at the receipt, both the diagnosis and labor was 280% more expensive that the actual part. From what I understand it was a simple replacement and I felt like I was duped out of my money on something I could've probably done myself. I know that labor costs need to be higher for workers wage, but diagnosis definitely could've been cheaper or something!

I recently scheduled a safety check from this location with a recommendation from my previous safety check schedule which was declined to pass because I need to have my front window motor or regulator repair done because it was not going down all the way.
