I have been going to Midas of cherry hill for about 5 years and their customer service is great along with mechanical service, they have always tried to help me to the best of the abilities.
Everyone was very amazing and very Informative about the car. I was also having trouble with my remote start and a few items. The manager the whole staffing crew explained and took care of all my issues and concerns just from the conversation at the front desk . Jason was amazing! His other associate offered me a ride home instead of waiting inside of your business. Did my oil change and inspected the entire car. They did a free rotation and even added a clip to the bumper at no charge. They were very friendly, courteous, Accommodating, and stay in communication throughout the process. They even applied at discount I was not aware of during my check out! I would highly recommend Jason and his staff at this location for your next service!

I have been a loyal customer at Pep Boys for years. They have turned over staff and could not find the problem with my car after 2 visits. Midas found the problem immediately.
I tried doing an oil change at home but my oil plug did not want to come off. Midas took care of all my headaches, these guys are super professional, fast and very customer friendly. They took my oil plug out within seconds and took care of the oil change for me. I will most definitely come back to them moving forward and recommend anyone in need of help.

I walked and was immediately in contact with Service Rep. I was informed there would be a wait due to a shortage of service techs and there were other cars in the bays. I did not have a long wait. I appreciated the tech informing me of the cost of the rear brakes before I agreed. He did not try to talk me into purchasing the brakes but showed me the issue. The fact of a lack of high pressure tactics to purchase immediately sold me. I could have shopped around for a lower price but the convenience and customer service made the decision very easy.

Angel, Matt and the other technicians at this Midas location are excellent. The issue with a rhythmic pulsating noise coming from my car was found and fixed quickly. Replacing the exhaust clamp was inexpensive and the part was ordered/received same day. Thanks again for another excellent experience.

My daughter-in-law was having serious brake problems but did not have the money to get them fixed, so I called my regular shop but they could not even look at the car for 4 days. So on Saturday, I started calling around and when I found this location was open on Sunday, and they could get her in, I was thrilled. Anthony was very understanding, patient, and helpful. He sent a tow truck and by Monday her car was fixed. I did worry that I would be taken advantage of, but they did not. When I went in to sign for the repair costs everyone was very courteous. Even though there are shops that are closer to me, I will be using this shop again and recommending it to friends and family. Thank you everyone in the shop for your help.

Nick and Josh received my truck after brakes failed on a Saturday afternoon. A few hours after they received, I was aware of the damage and additional care necessary. My Car was done the next day on a Sunday! Guys were friendly and informative. great experience.

I felt as if i was being upsold on services i didnt need. I was at another midas in March and was told the brakes looked great. At this appointment i was told i needed front brakes.
I went to this shop for replace 2 front tires on 1st week of April this year. One of the employee did not put the wheel lock key back in the trunk.Earlier this month (May), I had a flat tire and could get the flat tire off because the wheel lock key was not in the trunk.Drove my other car to this shop and spoke to the guy in the front, and he gave me a wrong key.I have to go to Lexus dealer to purchase a new lock key and it causes me $55.

I walked in Midas after being told from another shop they couldn’t help me. I’m 9 months pregnant and it was 80° out, so I was low on patience. The gentleman assured me they would be able to fix my tire when I pulled up, then the gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly. After taken my 2022 4 Runner home and parked it until Monday I did not notice that the same problem I had before I took it in was worst.I called to telling them what was going on and could not get back until Saturday at 730 am since the lady advised that they did not have any appointments available.So I am very disappointed and will be going to the dealership going forward cause I rather pay more and have the problem solved then to keep running back and not have the problem corrected and not only that I will be presented with another upsell product that I will have to get to make the daily qoute.Eugenia Robb 856-473-5267

My experience at this shop was not what expected, the techs seemed helpful at first, however after listening to there excuses about how they botched a simple flat repair the first time , then listening to them flat out lie about the work they did . I am not happy about the service . Not mention i feel ripped off and my vehicle is missing a matching tire. I was lied to about work and basic steps that was taken to to fix my vehicles problem.

I had a leak in my tire. With no appointment Midas was able to get me in quickly and diagnosis the issue. After explaining and showing me the screw in my tire they were able to replace to tires for me.

Chris was amazing. He provided service beyond service. I work with the public so; I know hospitality and Chris went well and way above what I could imagine from any store. He listened to my problems and all the hoops I was jumping through and told me to sit tight. He took it over from there, called me back and got me sorted out. Knowing how much time I lost working on this, and the stress I was dealing with, Chris offered to pick my vehicle up for me, at no charge, work on the vehicle while I myself was also at work, ensuring little to no interruption to my day. Chris is the reason for such a high review. He was polite, caring, helpful, and best of all, he never raised his voice or spoke poorly about any customer, even when you could tell he was frustrated by a situation. He remembered my name after 1 visit, which almost never happens, and was willing to work with me on an expensive repair. It took way less time than I thought it would and it was so easy to come pick up my truck, pay, and head home. I will absolutely be coming back to, and recommending, this location!
100% honest people that dont just do a service to make money or commission. If you really dont need it, they wont sell you it. If you really do need it, they will let you know. You get what you pay for. Its not the cheapest at all, but amazing great quality parts, work, and people. Dont come here to save money, come here to get it done right

They worked along with my repair insurance company to inspect and report the condition of the car. They provided the pictures and paperwork to make sure the repairs were covered. Most importantly they fixed the problem with car!

The staff was friendly and explained the situation thoroughly. I needed to completely replace the tire--instead of just fixing a flat. But was in and out within an hour, so I could pick my mom up from her appointment on time! I will definitely go back (but do hope that I don't have to :) )

Very nice location. Everything is new and very comfortable. Check in took 20 minutes and I arrived 5 minutes before my appt time. My car did not get taken back for the oil change for close to an hour. By the time it was finished, it was almost 2 hours after I arrived. Too long for someone that had an 11:30am appt and didn't leave until almost 1:30pm. Other than the timing, the service was excellent and the new Midas location is comfortable.

This was my first time at this Midas location. When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by Jodi. I explained that I had made an appointment online for my oil change and she brought up my information immediately. She let me know that the filter had to be ordered for my car, but it wasn't a big deal. She confirmed the price of the oil change with me over the phone a short time later. I was then notified promptly when the car was complete, and the pickup/checkout process was a breeze. I definitely plan to return to Midas for tires in the near future. I have been going to Midas for years, my eclipse and now my juke are all maintained well by both locations (cherry hill and marlton). Staff has always worked with me on the problems my cars have had and are honest in telling me what the issues are that need to be fixed and what can wait.
Waited 2 hours for a diagnosis, never finished it
"The mechanic if that is what you call him took apart things I did not ask to have taken apart. After I had brake work done i went down the road and got on 295, because Midas did not close my hood completely, so it flew up and caused damage to my car. For some they looked at my air filter but did not secure the cover back properly either. I am CPA, I do not charge $150/Hr, but I would get sued if I damaged someone like the damages Midas cause me by not closing my car hood. Do the job right or just don't do it. "
