I have been coming here for about 3 years now. And never once have I not been treated like family. The staff is always accommodating and the work is always well done. I’m always in the know about my car and its needs and the staff as a whole cares deeply about their customers. There is never a day that I am upset with my service or my customer experience. This staff deserves all the praise in the world ñ.

I had sudden appearance of a strange noise while driving and changed course to Midas. Even though I had no appointment and they didn't hear the noise they took my concerns seriously and discovered the brakes were near failing.

I went food shopping on Sunday and went back to my car and it wouldn't start. It was either the battery or the starter. I had it towed to Midas less than a mile away. Left my car on a Sunday in a spot near the garage I left my keys in the door key drop and called Monday AM. They had my car ready by 5pm and I was able to pick it up after work! So convenient and they just fit me in! Customer service is always an A+.

I have three jobs and scheduling anything is difficult. At this Midas, scheduling is easy. They are open on Saturdays and they e-mail me coupons.
I was told tire rotation was done but I placed markings on all 4 tires and gave them proof it was not performed. I asked if they can check the alignment and I can have it done and pay for it, but later told by the technician that they don’t do that kind of inspection anymore, which is BS to me, as it would generate revenue for Midas. It’s not the same Midas I used to know and I lost confidence and will look for others service center next time.

Twice, I spoke to the assistant manager and manager in training to remind the mechanics NOT to smoke cigarettes near the automobiles being repaired. This cannot be taken lightly. If a mechanic is not disciplined enough not to smoke, is he disciplined enough to follow directions repairing an auto correctly?Smoking and gasoline leaks/vapors do NOT mix. Next time if this occurs I will contact the East Windsor police/fire marshal. No smoking signs should be properly displayed and ENFORCED.

Previously in this particular Midas site the person managing the site used to ALWAYS have stuff that needed to be dome to the car in addition to the service I took the car for. He will get so upset when I told him that I had to check with my wife because it was her car, that I was bringing in for the particular service. He got so upset that he told me that he did not want me back, so I started going to the Midas in Hamilton, Nj.

The last time we had an oil change with this car, the price charged was much lower. Around $35 The “sticker shock” of this oil change caught me off guard. $85 due to a full synthetic oil change not being on special.

well i went in for an oil change and was told i needed extensive brake and rotor services which i wasn't prepared for. Also, i needed a front low light yellow bulb replaced and i was told 2 were replaced and i was charged for them, but after driving away, i discovered the one on the driver's side still not working, so i called and have to go back. i was disappointed about this...thank you. Prior to this, i've been to Midas several times and was satisfied. However, being a woman on my own, i don't know anything about cars unfortunately, so i have to rely on the Service Tech to be on the up and up with me.

Service was good and vehicle was ready on time. One complain I have is the price. I was quoted 856, that's what I heard on phone. I had a coupon for 50$, which they accepted. When I picked up the car, bill was 984. So instead of 856, it was 874 and there was 37$ charge for shop supplies.

My experience with with Midas is the best ever I go to Midas because Nissan overcharge but whatever has to be done to your car and the ad more things that they think need to be fixed that don't need to be fixed so I kept my car to Midas and let them take care of my car because they give me a reasonable price and they let me see what's wrong with my car and what day are going to correct and Nissan I can't even go in there shop

i brought my car for a starting problem,and being a mechanic I knew what was wrong but according to there service manger I needed a ecm(computer) needless to say did not fix problem, brought it a second time and told I needed a immobilizer, which did not fix it , finally after 3 -4 weeks of arguing they fjnally replace the grounds that I originally told them were bad. in this case honda made a 3000.00 profit on a 250.00 job. will never go back
