Outstanding alignment done on my Chevy Silverado. Wow. Others couldn't or wouldn't accommodate me but Mike and the bunch did within a matter of a couple hours.

Although I was a little late for my appointment (new to the area and my cell phone with Waze died) they honored my appointed time. The associate was extremely helpful and even went out of his way to assist me with my cell phone. I definitely will come back; and have referred my neighbor telling her about my positive experience. I understand from another client while waiting for our cars that this dealership is less expensive than another Midas just a few miles away. In this economy, every dollar saved is important.

Aware that I needed brakes, I feel I may have been only presented with the most expensive option, when lesser options may have been available…ie: a less expensive brake pad. I also wasn’t sure that I would have changed my rotors as I feel they were not in total need of replacement. All employee’s were very helpful and polite, but it is after all a business, and I believe I may have gotten service and quality pads I may not have actually opted for, if there was a lesser quality (less expensive) option available.

I have not been to this location in a very long time. I must say, Michael, one of the Team members, was friendly, polite, engaging and professional. When it was decided what needed to be done, I met the Peter, part of the Technical team, who explained, in detail, what was needed to be done. He gave me options, as well as advice. He was friendly, and totally professional. I cannot tell you how these two Team members made my experience worth returning. I always "thought" Midas was the place for mufflers. Michael, although somewhat amuses, explained that Midas is a FULL service center. Please let them know how much their professionalism, and friendly manner, made a non-technical person feel empowered.

It’s always tough having to pay for unexpected issues on a car, the staff at this midas is always comforting to work with. They are always friendly and explain things well. They’ll offer discounts where they can and honestly explain when there are different options to chose from.

I believe the Tech corrected the tire problem without trying to up sell me on replacing the TPMS on the one tire if I really didn't have to have that done. He also checked my 5 year old battery and said it was at 85% so I really didn't have to replace it at this time. Again, he did not try to up sell me on a new battery. I appreciated this.

Very informative. Even though i came in for them to check my brakes I was satisfied that they said they were fine.. Did not try to sell me brakes. They did check my filters and I was satisfied that I needed a filter change which I did purchase.Although I had to wait with my car they were very truthful to tell me it could be 2-3 hours.
