It’s close and convenient
The person helping me tried to get me to get my air and cabin filters changed with you. Then another associate came out and didn’t say excuse me or hey man he just showed me the filters and told me I need to get them changed. Well I’m not paying close to 300 bucks that I did myself for just over 31 dollars. He was rude and I felt very disrespected.
Your techs are always helpful, kind, patient and most importantly honest. I really truly trust them and appreciate them every time I’m there. The people make the difference- honesty and genuine helpfulness is what makes the difference. I hope you reward them and appreciate this wonderful group of young men.

A thirty min wait was suggested when the vehicle was dropped off for service. We explained our availability was limited since we had to pick up a child from school. Waited nearly 1 hr for inspection in the end without class updates on timeline. The suggested fix was not well explained and included fixing things that were not necessary (a whole new braking system on 4 year old car) out of ignorance of how to fix discussed issue specifically. Very suspicious. Quote ended up being triple what was priced at another corporate establishment. In the end only rear brakes needed pads and rotors. Instead Midas quoted replacing pads, rotors and calipers for bot front and back axels.
The courtesy of the manager, was very un kind , I went in to get.breaks fixed and oil change, now my car is smoking, an there not doing anything about it , an also my check engine light will not go off , I’m very upset..
This Midas location has great management and staff. They are always friendly and helpful, and clearly explain everything you need to know. This has been my consistent experience at this store over many years and several cars. I always recommend them for service needs
I purchased an oil change and requested service on my air conditioner. The oil changer was accomplished without problem. The air conditioner problem was more extensive than expected. While an associate explained the issue with the air conditioner appropriately by phone and I made the decision to partially address the issue (due to cost), my pickup experience was not positive. The associate who checked me out did not explain the limitations of the repair done, and when I discovered that only the air conditioner recharge only resulted in cool air in two of the 4 front seat air vents, and I asked him about this, he was dismissive and did not readily share information. I was not rude or disrespectful at all, but the way he communicated with me made me feel that it was wrong of me to ask questions. I had had a very positive opinion of the garage before this check-out experience, but now am not sure whether I will go back, all due to the lack of communication and attitude of the associate of the associate who checked me out.
Return call or information on estimate! Give honest idea of cost- don’t sticker shock people by saying there’s a 300% increase in parts rt now and you even have the parts

I got my tires through Midas and was told by Volvo dealership that the nail in my tire was not repairable. Midas said that they would plug it and that it was repairable. I am just a little nervous driving my car even though they said it was perfectly fine. Besides that, highly satisfied

After 5 days and two thousand dollars the issue wasn't fixed and now we have the added bonus of the car not going over 35 miles
