It took them five minutes to install my battery disconnect switch and they charged me $50! Ridiculous! Had to go next door to O'Reilly auto parts, literally next door to buy my own part. 🙄
Easy to make an appointment, they found the problem right away, I had clicking noise coming from under the car and vibrations and they fixed it all with changing the U joints. They even showed me the broken part

I booked an appointment online and received an email that an associate would contact me to confirm. They did not contact me. I called in the next morning to the store and was told they forgot to contact me. Also, I was not informed of the price increase for my synthetic oil change.

Scheduled an appointment online only to show up and they were not ready. Didn?t have the filter for my truck. Said it would be a couple hours that they had to get the filter. Wanted to charge me $119 for an oil change. Needless to say I left disappointed.

This place is great. I take our vehicles here for oil changes so when I had power problems I took my truck in for Chris to check it out. He and the other techs checked it and had it ready to go in a short time. While working on it they also found a connect
I called them on Tuesday to get an estimate on oil change and brake check. I was told that the oil change on my truck would be $49 and the brake check would be free. I scheduled for 10am the following day. When I went to drop off my truck the oil change
They made me leave overnight car until insurance came and tell if it was a covered service or not. Had taken it to them earlier for same problem. They just filled it wurh freon and said if it quit again they wouldnt charge again. Well of course they forgot and tried to charge me again. They should have checked the compressor the first time.
