The oil change price is $39.99. While I supplied my oil and filter but still I got bill $70.05. I don’t know how they calculate the cost.It’s waste of time to come this place.

Had a 1pm appointment booked showed up 20 minutes early. After arriving a second customer showed ubiutv10 minutes, also with a 1pm appointment. Note 1 oil change tech + 1 mechanic on duty. The fellow that arrived after me, is brought in before me. My vehicle is brought in after 2 pm, for my 1pm appointment. One of the wheel caps was damaged, which they quickly and graciously have ordered a replacement.

I booked in for a Check Engine diagnosis on my vintage BMW to which they did not have the computer model to read the problem. I was directed to go the the BMW dealer for diagnosis and was not charged for the attempt to do this service.

I have no complaints about the actual service that I originally took my car in for. It was that my car was damaged, not majorly, but it seemed more minor to the staff working. My tire was placed in the front seat ( I brought it in that way as well, but the trunk was empty ) and my menu dial on my stereo is missing a piece and has two cracks in the hard rubber or plastic. Yes a minor issue, but I’m planning to trade in soon and have taken good care of my car, to have it damaged at the place I know, and would’ve recommended before this broke it and just brushes it off sucks, because now I have to replace and purchase those pieces myself.
Midas replaced my serpentine belt Jan 24, Good Friday on my way to work I discovered the belt and tensioner assembly sort of hanging loose. Midas claims the tensioner failed and they had not replaced it with the belt because it was perfectly fine at the time. I see 3 possibilities, 1 the perfectly good tensioner deteriorated in just over two months and destroyed my battery and alternator while snapping the bolt, 2 nobody checked the tensioner in the first place, 3 the belt wasn't properly installed. 2079 dollars later, (the price changed 3 times) 400 dollars in lost wages plus a new battery and alternator on top of the 2000 bucks, I am not about to go with option 1 and trust them with my brakes. The people were nice, but I can't afford that much nice and possibly poor work.
Helena is a very kind professional woman that has helped with the last few experiences that I've had with my 2007 GMC Sierra. I also enjoyed talking with mechanics to explain any concerns I may need to have serviced in future. They are always very helpful. I have known Delbert for a long time and thst he has worked with Midas many years. He explains anything I need to know.
The price to change over tires is high considering it was done during routine maintenance
probably the work you did was as good as it could have been at any other garage (I don't know) but it was your honesty that sold me. You only charged for the parts replaced and could have sold me up but you didn't so this is about honesty.

The mechanic was extremely good, we thought we needed a brake job but he said our brakes were like new, did recommend an air filter which we replaced. I felt like Midas is very honest with their clients.
