Technician took vehicle out for a test drive and when he retuned I now have an exhaust leak?

We were new customers... when we called to make the appointment Sherry was quick to realize we needed assistance quickly and schedualed us accordingly. We needed new tires, they were ordered and delivered shortly after our arrival... as we were having the brakes changed it was not an issue. We were informed of the progress and the changes being done on a regular basis. It would of been nice to have coffee or tea or water available to the clients on the premises in lieu of going out to get it. Other than that we were totally pleased with the everything.

I was taken home and then picked up when the service was completed.

It was great to see that Sherry has returned. She is always very pleasant to and knowledgeable about her position. She has customer care perfected.savannah was on duty as well. She is another gem.

Savannah was lovely to speak to upon coming in. Sherry was great to book the service call with and Cory went above and beyond to try to diagnose a problem with my air that wouldn't occur in front of him.

Your Brockville location is under staffed and the Manager tries very hard to accommodate each and every request. His supplier did not provide the correct parts for the job and therefore created extra work for the technicians as well as the manager.We were treated with respect and in a courteous manner. The manager PJ was doing his best to deal with the wrong parts and get the job done for the quoted price. We negotiated a fair resolution so we could have our vehicle back on the road.This location truly requires administrative support on site.

PJ was very helpful, informative, professional and easy to talk to. He made sure I understood all of the work that had to be done and how much it would cost. The labour and cost of parts was reasonably priced. Overall great customer service and I would highly recommend this Brockville location to anyone.

all the mechanics were very honest and they showed you what was wrong how it could be fixed and truthfully was honest with everything down to the smallest detail and told you what should be fixed now and what could wait a little bit till the person had money to repair it

Have been dealing with Sherri for years and she is lovely to deal with.

All of the staff was nice, knowledgeable, informative, went above and beyond to shuttle me home while my car was worked on. I didn't feel pressured to get the work done there or right away but I did anyway because it needed to be done. They are always honest with me about what is happening with my car and explain it in a way that makes sense.

Staff P.J., Sherry and Rory were fantastic. My issue was unexpected and dangerous and an expensive repair but Midas staff were sympathetic and found ways to lower the bill. They took care of me.

I own a 2019 Chev Silverado High Country and as soon as I entered The Midas garage the first thing I told them before I booked and oil change was how disappointed I was with the service at two different Chev dealerships in our area and that I would never go back to them again and that I was looking for a new garage to do my service work. All the staff at Midas went above and beyond the type of service that I have come to expect from a garage in the last 20 years. I am 100% satified with the work that was done on my vehicle and the way I was treated. I think I have found my new garage.

the staff were very friendly and knowledable from Sherry to the service manager to Cory the technition. Every added work that had to be done and the cost was explained to me.. I had not planned on the scope of the work needed. I have a 2000 grand caravan and was not ready to spend what i had to spend.the total cost was over $800.00. I think also your ads are a lidttle misleading such as you had to upgrade the oil to get the wiper blades. The free tire when you buy 4 you get the 4dth one free but only on specific brands of tires, not mischelin or bridgstone.

This was my first visit to a Midas outlet. The Manager TJ was very professional and friendly. I will be returning for tires, battery and brakes as required going forward. I drive a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and it is nice to know this Midas is located here in my home town of Brockville.
