It was drama free and I felt I could trust the technician. The ease of scheduling an appointment was great.
I originally made an appointment online for Saturday morning, but finished work early on Friday and Gates was able to slide me in for just after 3pm. That impressed me.
Got my appointment scheduled very soon and for the time most convenient for me. The car was serviced fast. The stuff was very friendly.
They service manager was able to find the needed parts in a very timely fashion.

I was out in about 30 minutes and an associate explained why tires have arrows.

This is the second time we have had an oil change at Midas where they forgot to secure the skid pate after the fact. This is a simple step that could case significant damage to the vehicle. I caught it this time before it came completely off.
