We went to the branch with a puncture, which could not be repaired. The price we were quoted for two replacement tires was more expensive than advertised on your website, and way more than other suppliers in the City.Unfortunately we had no option but to replace the tires as we had a puncture which had damaged the sidewall of the tire, and it is our feeling that the manager knew we had no choice but to accept the price quoted. My wife asked if he price matched, and he told us no, absolutely not, as he could not buy tires at the price other places sell them for. I absolutely do not believe he could not match Midas prices.Everything else was absolutely fine, and if we didn’t feel as though we had been mugged because we were absolutely a captive customer, we would have been happy customers.Paying more than Midas advertise for, at a Midas store, is a really unpleasant feeling. If it hadn’t been fairly late on Saturday by the time this was all sorted out, we could have bought exactly the same tires elsewhere for a lot less. As I said, we were out of options. The tires were not on stock, but delivered quickly and installed on Monday.The price really irks me.

I had brought an exhaust to get installed on a previous visit. Unfortunately it didn't fit. I bought a new one and scheduled an appointment. They called and moved it up to the same day working around my schedule. They got it done fast it looks great and the entire time they were very clear with costs and time it would take.

Also told me I needed to replace my spark plugs when I just had a motor job done at the dealership a week ago. A total snow job. I would not recommend the Robertson road location for one reason. The manager Mike provides terrible customer service.

I went in for an oil change Saturday afternoon expecting to leave my car there for awhile but it was in/out like I had an appoaintment and they were waiting for me. Excellent customer service and professional. Highly recommend this location. I'll be back.
